    I am, currently, undergoing all the tests. Colonoscopy showed ulcers and erosions and inflammation. Dr is saying Crohn's at this point. Thank you for sharing your story. Hang in there...I will update you when I get more info. My follow up appointment is April 28th when my definite diagnosis should be given.

      please take time to read this, it might help you my husband suffered from crohn's disease almost all his life and i can tell you that its really terrible, watching him get lean and pale worried me the more, he lost appetite, he was always and was unable to go to work again,he kept having sores in his mouth and the constant pain was making the situation worse. we kept going from one gastroenterologist to another, they were not helping the situation, they kept giving us different drugs and it was making it worse,they kept increasing the dosage, in 2016 when i went to cvs pharmacy to go and get another drugs for him, that was were i heard about dr folonsho a herbal doctor, who specialises in using natural roots and herbs to treat diseases and chronic pain. at first i was in doubt, because we have tried many options that were not helping and all the doctors we came across told us that there was no cure, and i believed, so i contacted this herbal doctor and he said he could help my husband,after i told him my problem, he said he has a herbal remedy that can heal my husband and reverse this illness completely and he will be back to his normal state of health, not having many alternatives anymore i requested for the herbal remedy,because the situation was getting worse, after using the medicine for about 3 weeks there was great improvement, and my husband was getting back to his normal self, its been 4 years now and my husband is still strong as ever, all thanks to dr folonsho, and may GOD continue to bless you, so if you are still sufferring from this disease kindly contact dr folonsho today either through email drfolonsho@gmail.com or via whats app +2348073410606 or you can check out his website drfolonshoherbalhom.simdif.com/ and you will be glad you did, i wouldn't want someone to experience what my husband did

    Thanks for your story. My sister is going through hell. She has doctors saying possible crohns right now (2 colonoscopies have basically shown scar tissue but I am not sure of all the details). She started out with anemia...it progressed into slow weight loss, then is progressed into what you had ...extreme fatigue. She thought it was stress. Then she had swelling in her ankles...then she started losing LOTS of weight (she was always a curvy busty girl, and today she is literally all bones) and she started having a lot of water retention is her ankles and legs. She was dealing with bathroom issues and acid reflux but not a lot of pain that a lot of crohns patients have. She ended up being hospitalized for 3 weeks bc her blood tests had a lot of abnormalities and she was put on TPN (picc line nutrition). She was on that for 6 months...but then ended up with a heart infection from the picc line and in her heart. They are dealing with that right now :( and saying possible crohns after a 2nd colonoscopy. Thank you for sharing your story.

    I know this is kind of an older video but I can really relate to it. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease about 2 years ago and was terrified of the colonoscopy! Turns out it extremely easy and would tell anyone not to be afraid. Super simple. That’s when I found out about the Crohn’s 😔
    Did you have to on Prednisone to help heal your stomach for a bit? I did and that is probably the worst medication I’ve EVER had to take. I out-ate my husband lol. If you know you know 😆 but yeah Crohn’s really sucks especially if you’re like me and love spicy foods. I also have MS which is another autoimmune disease. Sometimes those diseases both like to attack a person and make their life miserable 😩

      I’m having a pillcam test in a months time.
      I’ve just got my blood results back and my inflammation markers are really higher too, I just have no energy.
      I had a vitamin B12 shot today, so I’m hoping that helps.

    7 years later, looks like you are/were overweight eating too much sugar and carbohydrates,just as I did myself, I had C. disease for 30 + years because I didn t know that I just had to return to the food that humans are designed to eat (foodpyramid turned upside down), after starting on carnivore diet my C. s disappeared after 10 days, and I could stop eating medicine, 2 years gone now and ok, I ve also stopped eating artificial oils, and constantly snacking, so I only eat once a day, which gives my liver and pancrea more rest.Eric Berg and others videos gives good advice on the the subject. I don t trust doctors that just want you to eat medicine.

    How u can. Confirm that it's Crohn's after colonoscopy ?? I had ulcer in my small intestine that is terminal illeum..

    • @SydneysStory
      @SydneysStory  5 років тому +1

      Abhijit More I think for my situation, it was continued inflammation even after trying several types of medication and treatments. From my experience, there is no definitive test that says “yes. Crohn’s.” But once you rule out everything else, sometimes Crohn’s is what you are left with.
