We are a couple who are building our own home from the ground up in the mountains of West Virginia. After living near the city our entire lives we finally decided to sell it all, pack up our 3 kids and live in an RV on our 73 acres while building our own debt free, off-grid house and learning to live a more self-reliant life.

Drove down from New Jersey this morning, quick turn around trip. 330 am back home 330 pm. Place is phenomenal!. Josh and Erin were very welcoming and friendly. Staff was very nice and the food was the bomb. I wanted to go back for lunch but didnt want to get stuck in east coast traffic. Josh also assisted me with getting in touch with a local realtor. Very busy folks but made time for a random out of town stranger. Came home with lots of goodies. Cookies , soap, coffee, candles. The amount of pride they poured in the Cafe shows, as with everything they do. Bravo yall ! Damn that breakfast samich was good. Thanks yall !

I have watched every episode of Josh and Erin's youtube channel. Therefore it was a must for us to go an hour out of our way from New York back to Florida to visit the cafe. It was a wonderful experience seeing the place for real. The baked goods we ate (carrot cake with frosting, brownies with walnuts) were outstanding. The decor, coffee, and the staff were first rate. The only thing that could have made the experience better was if Josh and Erin showed up while we were there. These two are an example of what a young couple can achieve in with hard work and dedication. We need more like them! Great job guys.

Wild Roots Cafe is awesome. Great atmosphere in a small town in West Virginia. So glad that my wife and I are locals and we were able to experience the first week of business. The food is amazing from the sandwiches, lattes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, etc. Very well done! It was nice to get to meet Josh and Erin and share some of our own experiences. Also the fact that we only live about 8 minutes from the cafe, so very convenient for us.
