I hope it isn't to late. The drops in the "kitchen area" are your network drops. You probably want to run WiFi for most of what you have, but the drops that are there can make your life easier (and cheaper) because you wouldn't need to run them. There were 2 drops in your office and a couple of the others, even if you just dropped Access Points at both ends of the office space, it should light the whole shop, and shipping area up like Christmas! The stuff behind the fence is just phone crap for a couple generations, so it isn't worth getting excited about. Can't wait to see what you do with the space!

Saw the light replacement part. All you have to do is pull the tab you saw and the light will open up like a door and you can service the light bulbs. The shop looks great man!
Please don’t put new bulbs in those lights just put in led 2x4 lights they’re so much better and so inexpensive
I may have missed this part, or not gotten to it yet, but if you're talking about putting bright ass LED headlights (?) in a stock headlight housing that isn't made to project and disperse that beef ass LED beam correctly, and safely at the road, without blinding absolutely everyone... Then go to hell!!!! (If you aren't saying that then... Cough... Sorry bro.)
It just feels like 100% of people with aftermarket LED/HID headlights don't put them in correct housings, AND they think that your headlight beam is supposed to angle:

Thank you for another great video. I miss laying your foot print on a new shop space. I had one but in 2017 we had to choose the doors. My son was going through cancer treatment and i didn't have the time to give the shop and the customers. It was tough but the right decision. Now that he is doing better thinking about making the leap again. You are inspiring me, thank you. God bless.

The wheels on the BRZ is what I originally envisioned for TJ's NSX but after looking at some other popular wheels I really like the look of White Advan GT's. Especially on the stock green

Just need t8 lamps, 4 ‘ in length. Those are acrylic lenses and the 2 tabs open the light and the light cover hangs down. Make sure the lamps are all same color temperature so that color matches.

I think when the floor for the car side goes down you should add a road painting going to the 4 post car lift and then add turn off that go to the 2 post lifts all the way down. I think it would be a cool addition to the shop and make it unique

Don't get new bulbs for those suspended ceiling light fittings. You can get LED panel lights that size that slot in there. Way better.
Replace the lights with 2x4 T-grid leds.. worth it! Over replacing the tubes even with led tube upgrades

Also if you’re reading this you better get Sabrina a redemption s2000 👀 or a wrecked c8 z06 project so both of you can still drive a corvette when you feel like it!
The lights hinge open. Pull down the clips, swing door. Rebuild the fixtures with direct wire led bulbs (ballast delete). You can save so much in energy costs.
Very tough decisions but for the greater good! The shop is looking great so far I definitely see the vision 📈

Super love the new building process. I mean I’d do it cause I can and it’s my thing. A really basic cad layout would be the best investment to get the best use of the space. Would the compressor be better outside on that raised concrete slab ? Noise factor reduction. Happy to help boys 😊

Pull the tabs down on those light fixtures. The frame that is holding the plastic diffuser will swing down toward the side opposite the tabs.

I have a temporary fix to you guys tripping on the studs coming up from the previous equipment attached to the ground. Get some orange marking paint from any of the hardware and improvement stores. Mark all of the studs with a little paint and when you already to get rid of them and fix the floors the paint is easily removable.
It's great seeing people still enjoy cars, idk what's been going on lately but I struggle to find the enjoyment in my greatest life's passion. Hopefully someday it will come back to me

I just finished building my dream cigar lounge that took far too long, 4 years. The hardest part was finding trusted contractors and keeping them on schedule. After all was said and done there was no greater feeling than the day of the grand opening. Unfortunately, 2 month in to it a transient started a fire and it was a total loss and i was only insured for 25% of the damages. I rebuilt in 1 year and basically gave the business to my partner and remain as a landlord. Im venturing into multiple other businesses at this time, but all this to say,keep moving forward! It takes a lot of grit to do what you're doing

Usually on those lights you pull out the tabs and the frame swings down to replace the bulbs.

Back wall of the front lobby needs to be a top to bottom glass window. Would look crazy!!
this may be a dumb idea but if you want to visually see what the lifts would look like spaced out etc why not make cardboard pieces the sizes of the lifts and place those on the ground or pieces of paper taped together so you can visually see the spacing? wouldnt that be better than blue tape on the ground? the new place looks AMAZING! can wait to see what you guys do with it!!!! Congrats!!!!!!!!!!

Build a little metal shed outside attached to your building just for your compressor, just so there’s much less noise coming from it from inside the building @19:09
You need to replace those lights with flat panel LED lights. They’re call 2x4 lay in lights. Easy to change out just turn of the breaker first
To get to the lights release both tabs on the ceiling cover, and the tab side should open towards you, but be careful. Those covers will cut deep if the edges slide against your hands

There should be two tabs you pull down to release the trim panel, It drops down and you can change the bulbs

Concider placing your compressors outdoors. With such a big space and people working everywhere it makes a BIG difference for the working environment.

Replacement led flatpanels are only about $100 per and will eliminate your bulb and ballast waste stream. Also energy savings will give you an ROI of about a year.
Covers stay in change bulbs put hinged door back up push tabs up. Suggest just getting new led ones as your going to need what look like t8 or t5 bulbs. If you get led ones they won't work long unless you change all ballasts to led drivers

They make 2’x4’ led panels for those that have color selectable options. I pay like $88 each for them. Also the two tabs on the side either pull down 90 degrees or pull in towards the light diffuser then the cover hinges down.
You buy the panels and I’ll fly out there from Vegas and install them lol
Rotate the tab on the light fixture down 90 degrees panel opens.
