Dude. It's crazy to think I've been following TJ since i was 14. Now, being 22. Inspired me to get into cars and motorcycles. Seeing him be so excited for this reminds me of the time he got so excited for his original small garage

Not sure if you already thought of this but you could put a wall up between the 2 sides of the shop to keep dust and noises down between the 2 and just put a door in so you can easily get to each

Bro I use to watch your videos my whole high school career up until I was about 20 religiously I’m 24 i don’t watch them as much but I still pop in from time to time just to see the progress and it’s crazy how far you’ve come also you should paint the fence black and put a hung & co lettering on it
The fenced in electrical wall is so nothing is in front of the breaker panel. It is a state requirement to keep a certain amount of space clear in front of that equipment.

That yellow fence, you should have people who attend the open meet put their thumb print or hand print or something on it (with paint) So that way you get to see all your supporters and fans everyday.
Holy crap! 10 years now... Yeah, I guess I was 19 when I found that video of you sticker/manga bombing your fenders on the then still white brz in Calvin's driveway. I'm married now, survived near death twice, and have been proud of you this entire time. You always did what you could, even the rep kits people made a big deal about was just what you could afford at the time. You are truly a good role model for other young men and women in the car community
Dude congrats on the warehouse that’s sick. The one thing i thought of while you are mixing cars and Hunt&Co is that working on cars are loud, so some soundproof walls for the walls that run up against that office space could possibly be a good idea. Just a thought. Congrats bro!
Surprised you don't go for a paint booth where you can start going into that seeing you into the resto now and won't have to send your cars away to have them resprayed but have it done in the comfort of your own shop with all your vapor honing sand blasting powder coating machines having all those things you need in your own shop with all that space probably make your staff bigger where you can employ professional painters to do the panel beating and spray painting where I'm sure would be a major benefit for what you doing😁Well done Tj excited for your new journey🙌

I love the motivational clip at the end, I think however a lot of people get trapped in the 9-5 living paycheck to paycheck and it’s so mentally draining that it’s extremely hard to escape that, you have those thoughts of breaking out and see stuff like the clip you made online but once the phone gets turned off reality sets back in and you wake up for work at 9 the next day to keep paying the bills

Definitely needs a really artistic paint job both in and out power wash the concrete in the parking areas and a honey comb drop ceiling light combo … place is gonna look amazing!!!
