    Ragi roti khane se sugar nhi badhta h...aapka report galat bta rha h.. mai two months se daily ragi roti khata hu..Mera sugar 100 ke under hi rahta h... aapko video ke liye dhanyawaad.

    Dear sir ऐसे तो लोगों के पास गलत msg जाएगा। कुछ तो है जो डायबिटीज में millets khane ki ku सलाह दी जा रही है । आप उसका पॉजिटिव इफेक्ट बताएं। गेहूं और चावल के मुकाबले तो कम बढ़ती होगी। आप अच्छी जानकारी दे रहें हैं । लेकिन उससे नेगेटिवेटी बहुत ज्यादा हो गई है।

    Everything should be balance. 2 ladoos of nachni in a week is enough . Rest of the week you can try other millets like jowhar, bajra.
    Other vegetables.. , little bit paneer , curd

    Bhai, Diabetes hai to pahile salad khana hai badame bhojan,aur khana kabhi bhi jaldi jaldi nahin khana hota hai, Achche se chabake khana hai taki Digestion hoga, matlab usme "Saliva" mix hogi tabhi Digestion hoga aur Sugar control me aayega.

    Khana khane ki shuruwat shengdana or dryfruit or achar se kijiye next salad or green vegetables next sprout or 2 boiled eggs and then roti ,rice jo gharme bana hua khana Khao sugar nahi badegi.
    Khana khane ki shuruwat kabhibhi roti, chapati ya rice mat karana.
    And eat only two times finished within 55minutes . Walk 45 minutes 4.5 km
    I reversed my diabetes without medicine within 3 months my sugar was 300 and 400 it reversed fasting 70 and hbA1c 5.3
    Which was 12.10

    Eat 1/3 carb, 1/3 protein, 1/3 vegetables, eat slowly, chew food well. Maintain healthy exercise habits ,atleast 5 days a week. Don't use refined flour ,oil etc.

    i also ate 1 day ragi bread my sugar level spike to 215...which was first time. so i think ragi bread is not good ...i used to eat simple wheat bread after that my sugar reading always comes below 140....so i will not consume ragi from today... apna gehu ka roti hi sbse best hai 😅

      I was diabetic....but i eat more than 8 idli of ragi....with sambhar or chutney....ragi jowar or bajra never increase sugar level.....

    Bhai sahab paka aur kachcha bhojan ek saath Nahi Karna chahiye lekin aajkal chalan khoob hai salad aadi khaane ka. Yah ayurved ke viruddh hota hai

    jab hum aata bana dete hain to whole grain k mukable jaldi or jyada carbs relese hote hain

    After having high protein lunch of channa salan ,2 Ragi roti ,1boiked egg ,1 satori Cucumber salad ..I tested my blood sugar after 3 hrs and it was 169.Since a week I'm following no sugar no carb diet.
    2 weeks a go it was 230.How is that possible.kindly advise
