Bhai, Diabetes hai to pahile salad khana hai badame bhojan,aur khana kabhi bhi jaldi jaldi nahin khana hota hai, Achche se chabake khana hai taki Digestion hoga, matlab usme "Saliva" mix hogi tabhi Digestion hoga aur Sugar control me aayega.

I reversed my diabetes without medicine within 3 months my sugar was 300 and 400 it reversed fasting 70 and hbA1c 5.3

Eat 1/3 carb, 1/3 protein, 1/3 vegetables, eat slowly, chew food well. Maintain healthy exercise habits ,atleast 5 days a week. Don't use refined flour ,oil etc.

i also ate 1 day ragi bread my sugar level spike to 215...which was first time. so i think ragi bread is not good ...i used to eat simple wheat bread after that my sugar reading always comes below 140....so i will not consume ragi from today... apna gehu ka roti hi sbse best hai 😅
I was diabetic....but i eat more than 8 idli of ragi....with sambhar or chutney....ragi jowar or bajra never increase sugar level.....

After having high protein lunch of channa salan ,2 Ragi roti ,1boiked egg ,1 satori Cucumber salad ..I tested my blood sugar after 3 hrs and it was 169.Since a week I'm following no sugar no carb diet.
2 weeks a go it was 230.How is that possible.kindly advise
