The mini-village is a great hangout but not enough visitors come to keep them in business. Anothe problem (as she mentioned) is you must work with the HOA, which there are 2 which incleds 2 payments. Getting things done can be challenging. We owned a home there in 2010 after the crash and sadly had to sell due to job relocation.
Nice vid but, I would like to see more detailed shots of the house, rooms, and every corner. Fancy slow-mo shots are not enough. All I remembered was only her face and outfit.
Black frame Windows and doors … 😂 Front Door full Glass pane panels , So easy to Break and gain entry, Would have been better with a Heavyweight Solid Dead Lock door, Are you sure they did a $700.000 upgrade ?
