Does this place have good assigned space (self) parking, that's covered and good guest parking? Also, are there 3+ bedroom, 3+ bathroom units available other than the penthouse?

I stayed at the Palms Place a few times, around 15 to 20 years ago. It's quite nice and the amenities are also nice. I'm not sure I would want to have this place as my primary residence, however.

I'm a self-parker. I hear this building is valet only, i.e. you get zero parking spaces and have to interact w/a person every time you want to park your car or access your parked car.
