Negatives: Unappealing furnishings, unattractive construction and horrendous 'industrial' ceilings which belong in a Manhattan apartment, not Las Vegas

Vegas is the worst at building. Normal homes are made out of cardboard. All the luxury homes look so cold and not homey looking at all. Like u said this home is for an “art collector” what a terrible place to call home to be an art museum lol. Oh and I live in Vegas that’s why I know this.
