Deathstroke May prefer hand-to-hand, but he’s no stranger to sniper rifles, so I feel like this would still be somewhat satisfying. So the challenge would be you have to perform three take downs on Slade from beneath his vantage point, however Deathstroke’s ammunition can kill you in just a few hits, and on hard mode he can one-shot you. And on top of that there is a small handful of henchmen moving about the arena which Slade is barking orders at to lay traps for Batman. Again, a hand-to-hand Bossfight would be better, but I think this could work.
So from what I understand the original writer wanted the main villains of Arkham night to be scarecrow and hush with both Batman and Bruce Wayne being attacked but rocksteady decided to go in a different direction
I’m surprised Black Mask didn’t get a mention. After the reveal scene he quickly leaves the story and gets pushed into a side mission that was the same as Bane’s side mission from Arkham City without even a boss fight. He was actually done pretty well because in series as a whole but was wasted in the city, considering he goat a decent amount of story in his short screen time
In regards to Lady Shiva and Batman fights, I believe Batman once said that if it was just martial arts Shiva would win with the Public Enemies story arc from the comics having Batman mention that Shiva nearly killed him once. I think the Azrael story would have worked better if they had combined it with the Deacon Blackfire story, have Blackfire be the leader of this cult making attacks during the riots of Knight and then have Batman team up with Azrael to stop him. Then have the final choice for Azrael being whether or not to kill Blackfire, with the result of the choice being a boss fight against Azrael if he tries to kill Blackfire.

right because Arkham city totally didn’t waste him despite him being relegated Catwoman’s canon fodder. All Azreal did in Arkham city is warn you of a prophecy and that’s it. There’s nothing there suggesting that there’s something bigger for him. Firefly is a one dimensional serial arsonist. He wouldn’t fit in with the main story. Neither would hush. Deathstroke was just a mercenary, he’s not main villain material at all. Don’t pretend like he was a great character in origins. He’s only there for 5 minutes. He’s actually better written in Arkham knight. Joker in knight nearly drove Batman to madness and he has 3 hours of screen time, he wasn’t wasted in knight. Even Batman in Asylum and city acknowledges how stupid Harley Quinn is, she isn’t main villain material at all.
@@SoyboyPeter Deathstroke is a main villain material but for Teen Titans and Nightwing not Batman, Joker wasn't wasted per say he didn't need to be there.
i think TN-1 that bane took at the end of the game in origins made him like that cause he knew batman identity then all of sudden he don't but origins was created years later after asylum.
Keep it up on your work and this video and channel I love this video and channel Thanks you for your video and channel I love Batman Arkham all games franchise
Deathstroke and Bane got nerfed, Two-Face didn't get a moment to shine, Hush and Azrael were built up for nothing, Shiva is so obscur that i don't think anyone remembers her, and the Robins were overshadowed by the bat. And most of these issues happened in Arkham Knight. I wonder why? 🤔
Bane wasnt present in knight except for a mask, shiva is origins, the Robin issue happened in all the games, two face problem also happened first in city and he gets more disrespect in city than knight. Only 3/7 of the problems listed were exclusive/ present in knight, so it isn't "most".
Totally agree Deathstroke should’ve been just as dangerous if not more than Bane. The main villains in origins that should’ve made Batman realize he can actually lose and die are Bane, Deathstroke, Sheeva, and Joker
My main critique of the series is Batman's relationship with the Bat Family. In the comics and different animated shows and movies, they are always together, and Batman isn't mad at them for roaming around Gotham trying to help people and stop crime from occurring, but it's the complete opposite in the series.
I think people really dont realize how painfully wasted Harley is in the arkham games because she has such a disproportionately high amount of screentime compared to other neglected characters. Imo, the Arkham games have the single most boring interpretation of her just being a crazy clown lady in love with the joker. There’s no humanity or empathy that i feel is integral to her character.
EXACTLY! She's just a puppet in arkhamverse. Look at comics, or her own animated series, BTAS continuation or hell even movies, she's definitely capable of more. She also the living proof of "no kill" rule, as keeping her alive made a huge difference in the end-game - she's even in batfamily now goddamn it!
I feel, instead of doing Arkham Knight - though I love the character's concept in the comics - they should've just done Prometheus for Arkham Knight. Similar backstories, similar level of martial skill, and similar level of intelligence - he could've been a perfect foil to use.
Just a random idea I had, imagine if after the tank fight or whatever, you would have to fight Deathstroke through the rooftops of gotham, having to chase him or having him chase you and needing to move fast, while also having to fight like in Origins.
18:05 Before reading Batman Cult, I thought this quest was just cool. The short battle with the modifications was quite a good one. But after reading it... I can't take this bum for the charismatic, mysterious Deacon Blackfire. I understand that this is their version of the character, and most likely they were in a hurry to develop additional missions, but personally I think Deacon deserves better. He can be an antagonist on the level of Bane or Hugo Strange, having an army, charisma and tools for manipulation. However, if we consider him as an enemy for a short additional quest, then I think it was worth adding a QTE on withstanding torture (a la Metal Gear Solid 1) or some kind of hallucinations, with "proofs" of the Deacon's divinity. However, most likely Rocksteady just didn't have enough time to work on this quest.
6:19 I think for Bane is mostly the writer Paul Dini, he was on the writing team for BTAS and that Bane is also under utilized because the the whole team didn't like the Knighfall storyline and when they were asked to add Bane who just released in the comics the team Didn't want to retread in the same story currently going on.
1. Quincy Sharp. He was the most important person in Asylum and he got reduced to a barely noticeable side character in City. He was a serial killer, was the Warden of the Asylum, came up with the whole concept of the Arkham City prison, and somehow he gets replaced by Hugo Strange, and poor Quincy is portrayed as a stupid politician and then commits self delete between games. He should have been the Arkham Knight, as far as I'm concerned. He was the perfect opportunity to capitalize on the Lovecraftian themes of the story and they completely wasted him. 2. Solomon Grundy. Just... Solomon Grundy. I don't think I need to elaborate.
Tf you mean man-bat's side mission was trash?! That was one of the best in the game and it's attached to one of the best jumpscares in video game history
Hush was supposed to be the main villain of Arkham Knight along with Scarecrow when Paul Dini was in charge. Then Sefton Hill removed Hush as main villain
Hush was originally planned to be one of the main antagonists in arkham knight, so it wouldve been scarecrow and hush instead of scarecrow and jason todd
Lady Shiva in the comics is the mother of Black Bat/Orphan, who is probably the best hand to hand fighter out of the entire bat clan, including Batman himself.
AK should have been the culmination of the first 3 games where we get a portion of the game for Dick, a portion for Babs, and a portion for Tim while Jason, Harley and Azrael should have filled the DLC sections with the villains being Scarecrow and Hush like how they were alluded to in City. In terms of boss fights Man-Bat and Deadshot, Shiva and Deathstroke could have definitely been better battles And btw I ... Want ... A ... Creeper ... Fight 😂 or at least a bigger addition to the Jack Ryder side quests 😅
I think Killer Moth is the most obvious. Not only does not appear in the games outside of one Easter Egg in Arhkam Asylum and in Arhkam Knight there's mention of him dying to Red Hood it's just baffling. Original Anti-Batman with cool gadgets like cocoun gun, badass costume. Imagine a boss fight where Batman fights his equal in terms of tech, he has his own uniqe gadgets. Sure one of his loveable parts as a character is being a joke but one time him being a badass supervillain wouldn't hurt.
I don't think that. Maybe in the comic he's better, but for a side side characters Rocksteady make him realistic and creepy as fuck and he's really only know for arkham city and his easter egg in knight
@@Pseudo_Notfound I would agree with you, but I think it’s more so the fact that two of the Arkham games take place on a holiday, and yet he never got his own side mission
I remember as a kid watching that trailer with slade thinking that he was going to like black masks right he hand man and he was going to be a huge part in the story
Also Scarecrow was supposed to be the main villain in Arkham Knight, but it was often distracted from that by Joker trying to take over Batman's mind which was absurd and unnecessary. Also Scarecrow developed his own form of martial arts mixed with dancing and kung-fu which has made him able to stand up to Batman. Lady Shiva has beaten Batman.
Youre the most skilled user of ragebait ive ever seen, perfectly mispronouncing everything and calling people by the wrong names. 10/10 engagement bait
I hate that they trapped Catwoman with Riddler. Imagine some side missions as Her in Openworld, They could've given her batbike for Traversal, she didn't have to fight those tank could've just ran past them😅💯
12:35 I always find it funny how Hush is talking mad shit like: "Pray we do not meet again, I will not be in such a generous mood" when he's literally locked us away from him and is running like a bitch. Hyped past me up cause I wanted to wipe that smugness off his face and voice, then we got the AK side mission
The only one I disagree on is Hush since he should’ve caught by Batman in Arkham City. Also for someone who’s supposed to be intelligent, he made a really sloppy mistake by accidentally leaving a scalpel at one of his victims which led Batman to him.
Hush is easily the biggest offense here. I was SO excited for his role in Knight and was really convinced he was maybe the Arkham Knight until we started getting those Jason Todd flashbacks
You know what I would’ve preferred for DS in Origins. Give him episodes similar to Catwoman. In the first episode have it be tied to the cutscene where he defeats a bunch of guys and then Black Mask’s thug shows up with the offer to kill Batman. Episode 2 you track Batman and you end up encountering Deadshot who’s zeroed in on Batman who’s heading to the Final Offer. Both being former soldiers and aware of each other’s reputation, the two fight with the winner getting the opportunity to confront Batman. Episode 3, you literally have a boss fight and win against Batman. If you don’t have the DLC, then the fight is like Khotun Kahn from Ghost of Tsushima. It displays how above his league DS currently is to an inexperienced Batman even if it is cheap that the player literally can’t beat him. Batman only escapes because the cops inadvertently distract DS giving Batman time to escape. From there DS appears later, but Batman develops a serum that removes DS’s ability rendering by him back to being a regular human, and it’s only administered thanks to the help of cops. After it’s a boss fight where Batman still loses again showing off the difference in skill and experience between a 2 year Batman and Deathstroke who looks thrice his age. Gordon and the cops come in at the perfect time to rescue Batman, and DS figuring it’s no longer worth the hassle without his abilities escapes.

He was actually done pretty well because in series as a whole but was wasted in the city, considering he goat a decent amount of story in his short screen time
Any one else imagine deathstroke saying “you want me to drive what now? You I’m mercenary with army service years of experience right?”
About Shiva, the story could be better. Also the voice actor is one who had karai in tmnt 2012 🌝
Origin boss fight is the best
From the marketing, you would think Deathstroke would be an enemy who hunts you the entire game like Baldur in GOW4.
I actually really love it. It could've been similar to nightwing missions but with more disturbing environments
@@UzairAli-iy5jh Maybe they could have brought back the hostage stealth mission from Origins or City where once you take down enough cultist one will grab a hostage and try to kill them unless you take them out.
@jonathanbarr9764 If they could've made azreal Feel and Play Different, then batman, it would've been nice, but as of now azreal, Is basically a nerfed batman
@@UzairAli-iy5jh Yeah, I'm actually kind of curious about how long it took Azrael to duplicate the other gadgets of Batman. Batman loans him the REC gadget for his combat challenges but now I'm wondering about the other gadgets like the explosive gel.
I would pick deathstroke knight
Azeral knight
Hush knight
Firefly knight
Scarecrow knight
Joker knight
Jason knight
Bane Arkham asylum and city
Harley Quinn knight
And two face knight
Clayface
right because Arkham city totally didn’t waste him despite him being relegated Catwoman’s canon fodder.
Deadshot city, grundy city,
i think TN-1 that bane took at the end of the game in origins made him like that cause he knew batman identity then all of sudden he don't but origins was created years later after asylum.
Batman should’ve had more screen time😔
Keep it up on your work and this video and channel
I love this video and channel
Thanks you for your video and channel
I love Batman Arkham all games franchise
deathstroke's portrayal in the arkhamverse hurt me the most and lady shiva and both of them are my favourites in the whole dc universe.
congratulation on 100k
I think Deathstroke was a tricky situation. It was probably hard to have a Deathstroke boss fight that felt new after just having one 2 years earlier
Black mask feels like the most wasted out of all of the villains
Totally agree Deathstroke should’ve been just as dangerous if not more than Bane. The main villains in origins that should’ve made Batman realize he can actually lose and die are Bane, Deathstroke, Sheeva, and Joker
My main critique of the series is Batman's relationship with the Bat Family. In the comics and different animated shows and movies, they are always together, and Batman isn't mad at them for roaming around Gotham trying to help people and stop crime from occurring, but it's the complete opposite in the series.
You should now do the best excluding joker
I do get that but also he’s the creator so give him a break
I feel like Prometheus would’ve been so cool to feature in the game. It’s too bad they never did implement him at all
I feel, instead of doing Arkham Knight - though I love the character's concept in the comics - they should've just done Prometheus for Arkham Knight. Similar backstories, similar level of martial skill, and similar level of intelligence - he could've been a perfect foil to use.
He was supposed to in the planned season of infamy 2, but that was canceled
No way. GP got a sponsor.
Just a random idea I had, imagine if after the tank fight or whatever, you would have to fight Deathstroke through the rooftops of gotham, having to chase him or having him chase you and needing to move fast, while also having to fight like in Origins.
I like to think Titan is what messed up Bane’s mind and that’s why he’s like that in the other two games

Before reading Batman Cult, I thought this quest was just cool.
It would have been sick if the death stroke bossfight it AK was a multiphase fight. Like a tank fight that leads to a hand to hand fight
"BONE"
I’m here once again to say Gotham Paladin is the 🐐
SORRY, Victor ZASE? More like "zazz"
I know he was the co antagonist of Knight but I think Jason Todd was fumbled in the Arkham series.
Agreed, he definitely should have been brought up more in the series, especially during asylum because he had only recently lost Jason at that point
In terms of boss fights Man-Bat and Deadshot, Shiva and Deathstroke could have definitely been better battles
And btw I ... Want ... A ... Creeper ... Fight 😂 or at least a bigger addition to the Jack Ryder side quests 😅
I laughed hella hard I believe I died at the part where you said zsasz as zase 😂😂😂😂😂

I feel like calendar man should’ve been on here
I don't think that.
To be fair, Bane was experimented on by Dr. Young, so it might have messed with his mind.
And he literally was brain damaged after Origins.
2 face has a great dialogue
Youre the most skilled user of ragebait ive ever seen, perfectly mispronouncing everything and calling people by the wrong names. 10/10 engagement bait
I hate that they trapped Catwoman with Riddler. Imagine some side missions as Her in Openworld, They could've given her batbike for Traversal, she didn't have to fight those tank could've just ran past them😅💯
Bane in Origins was great but Deathstroke, Hush, Two Face are major disappointments

I always find it funny how Hush is talking mad shit like: "Pray we do not meet again, I will not be in such a generous mood" when he's literally locked us away from him and is running like a bitch. Hyped past me up cause I wanted to wipe that smugness off his face and voice, then we got the AK side mission
At least we did get to beat his ass
The only one I disagree on is Hush since he should’ve caught by Batman in Arkham City. Also for someone who’s supposed to be intelligent, he made a really sloppy mistake by accidentally leaving a scalpel at one of his victims which led Batman to him.
God the bat family points hurts. Currently on a replay of the batman games and I’m sad now
13:20 since when does an RKO look like that
Gonna be honest I don’t know what an RKO actually looks like so I just took a wild guess and failed
An RKO is what Nightwing did to croc
@@GothamPaladin I fw it tho 🗣️🙏🏾
Hush is easily the biggest offense here. I was SO excited for his role in Knight and was really convinced he was maybe the Arkham Knight until we started getting those Jason Todd flashbacks
no way u thought hush was arkham knight
3:49 that's it guys... we found the lore reason
Another day another GP W
