You have beautiful animals! My dog has anxiety caused by dementia. We tried the calming chews but it is not strong enough. We also tried CBD oil and it worked at the beginning but after a few weeks he got used to it and it didn't do anything anymore. So now, he is on Trazadone. Thanks

We've tried CBD oil , calming chews with our reactive American Bully 88lb with little to no effect or change at all. 💔 Trying to avoid Rx k9 meds, but looks like that is what he needs😢🤷🏻‍♀️. Thank for the video . Olaf's family Stay Safe, Positive, Happy & Healthy ✌🏼 🐾 CT

I tried everything with my dog. When we lost my older dog she went into depression. She's been on Prozac for a year going on two yrs at the end of December of this year. I asked them for trazodone because she is very reactive and I want to get her through the reactivity and I told the vet that I feel that she needs something to help her with that reactivity and so that way I could start working on her training and working on her to where she is not going to be reactive. This is not the route I wanted for her and I was against medication but she seems to be a lot in a calmer state. Like I said I don't want this for my dog I never wanted my dog to be medicated. But I want her to be able to see people and not react to them and I didn't want this but I feel that if I get her used to people and once the medication starts to help her and everything I think she'll do a lot better when it comes to seeing people and not reacting Paradise reacting is good for protecting their homes if there's an intruder but it's not good when your dog is having reactivity when there's just people walking around your house that's doing maintenance and I can tell that she has social anxiety. Unfortunately when they say pets are like their owners and they take after their owners it's the truth. I suffer from social anxiety and pets can I have a profound effect on their behavior. So yes a dog can be on a medication or two medications and it can help them so that way they can start to learn how to regulate themselves. I give it to her at night to let her get used to it. I do give her 50 mg in the morning and 150 at night so that way she can sleep but that 50 in the daytime really seems to calm her down but like I said she's on two medications right now and I'm trying to get her not to be so reactive so I know it's going to be a few weeks before I notice a difference. The only thing I noticed is that she's more tired and she kind of sleeps better through the night. Because I always hear ruffling around and not seem like she had good sleep. I love my dog and I want to do what's best for her and that's what I'm supposed to do as a pet parent and also if I want to become a foster parent I need to have my dog's Behavior under control

Is the dog taking on your depression? I understand they often take on the owner's pain! BEST!

Have you experienced a dog so frozen in her tracks you have to drag the dog outside and then when you standing outside with the dog, the dog beats on the iron gate like someone’s behind her, chasing her and no one‘s there are looking like she is high as a kite, and the dog have not had any drugs Are leaning against the furniture looking at the wall barking but no sound coming out her mouth. This is what I deal with every day she’s destroying my furniture like the TV stand the tables I don’t know what to do. I tried to comment stuff and everything but I’m a go back and look for it again I hope the medication that you said that the doctor prescribed for your dog work for my dog

He sleeps during our videos because we work him out in the morning as well as in the evening. If we didn't work him out, then he'd be really hyper with so much pent up energy.

Make giving axiety drugs to dogs illegal! Its abuse! Don't abuse animals to profit big pharma and to make them more like stuffed animals. They r not here for u. Let the animals leave. Get a new job if your job is animal abuse!

This is one of the most naive comments I've seen in a long time.
