The Nom Nom food quality has degraded over the years. Recently there is lot of potatoes, food is mushy and watery, looks like they mushed everything in the same machine with lot of potatoes and water.

my sammy is almost 5 months. She is really friendly and likes to approach people including kids and other dogs. When she approaches people she gets so excited and barks and jumps on them. People don't mind it now but I don't want her to wait for her to knock down a toddler. Is this behavior considered reactive? With dogs she barks at them from a distance but also cries because she really wants to play with them but then we walk away (before she got all of her vaccines) She barks at some dogs so this is something i'm working on.
