I was about to take my own life for 3rd time and in 4:08 "I felt God told me that I love you" I felt the same thing and I really cried so hard. Know I am with ALLAH "god" happy and living my best life I am so glad that I didn't take my life. Thank you for this video it really touched me 💚

I suffer from anxiety and depression for the last almost eight years. Sometimes I feel fine and sometimes completely overwhelmed by the mental disorder. Your videos are so calming, they work as therapy for me. Its a request if you can plzz make longer videos ?..
This is exactly what I have been going through for the past decade. Too much of anxiety and the will to please others, seek their approval for everything even at 35 Yrs of age and then when I am not able to keep up the momentum I fall into deep depression. I am so scared of failures. Even though I have faced failures in life. But I always feel that I need good scores to validate myself. Without academics I am nothing. I need to get out of this. I need to explore myself first as a person. I must be having some good qualities and I need those to validate myself. But it’s easier said than done. I am trying though.
Same here. I.live inside and suffer from chronic body pain too and she helps me a lot to breath deeper and feel.a bit alive again. Its very helpfull to "forget" the struggle. Like what you say too, it feels like meditation. I wish you all the best.
Hello guys ,I have had depression and was suffering from it for the past three years .I fell so sad and amazed at people who say I have had depression for a decade. Depression is very painful 😣 Vey very painful.When I was depressed I used to have shallow breathing , energy blocks, tightening of the muscles in the stomach,heavy head ache , bloated stomach , weight gain, no period for three months. but now zi am complete Y healed.PLEASE FIND THE STEPS BELOW HOW I healed it. 1. Try using spirituality. 2. Acupuncture ( though acupuncture cannot relieve depression) it can take away the stress associated with depression. 3. Chinese herbs ( they are very good in relieving stress) 4. Move only with good people and stop reading news and other reality shows in tv and no horror movies. 5.Cut away all the toxic people and take out the negativity. 6.Deep abdominal breathing . I know it is very difficult to do in the beginning . SoI used to press my stomach generally with the hands . 6. Reward yourself for achieving something.I used to reward myself with clothes and natural products. 7. Take your time off in th enough to half an hour before bed time to relax your self I used to paint and colour. 8. Never be rude to others or speak rudely because I find my confidence going down when I was depressed. 9. Use natural scents around your house. I use Sai flora incense stick to scent my bedroom. 10. Use crystals . My favourite is rose quartz. 11. You will realise you will be strong when you come out depression. Hope this helps.

I moved away from my home state almost 2 years ago for my job, and the depression and anxiety, and painful experiences I’ve had has been traumatic, to say the least. Alcohol was an escape at times, and I almost escaped living one night by drinking too much. Even that night, God got me safely back to where I was staying because people helped me back there. Hearing your story was very encouraging. I was also labeled a “goody two shoes”. It’s been tough, and still is, but this reminds me that the Lord will see me through. My relationship with God has been rough because of some things I had been directly or indirectly taught, but I’m now sorting through all of this as an adult. Anyways, thank you so much. I’m so glad that I found your channel.

I needed to hear this. Even though I'm 36, there was so much of it I could relate to. My mom passed away of stomach cancer also and I was the single aunt/sister/daughter that partied all the time. We excaped months ago but my mom has type 1 diabetes and cant drive so shes a single mom now taking care of me and my brothers. My father is trying to get out of it at many court cases. I love that I can totally relate to your pain. I used to do substance abuse and until God reached me. I was in the shower and I fell to my knees and I surrendered. I moved away from my home state almost 2 years ago for my job, and the depression and anxiety, and painful experiences I’ve had has been traumatic, to say the least. Alcohol was an escape at times, and I almost escaped living one night by drinking too much. Even that night, God got me safely back to where I was staying because people helped me back there. Hearing your story was very encouraging. I was also labeled a “goody two shoes”. It’s been tough, and still is, but this reminds me that the Lord will see me through. My relationship with God has been rough because of some things I had been directly or indirectly taught, but I’m now sorting through all of this as an adult.

I needed to hear this. Even though I'm 36, there was so much of it I could relate to. My mom passed away of stomach cancer also and I was the single aunt/sister/daughter that partied all the time. All the stress, all the discourage, all the negative mood, or thought just made me feel more depressed and helpless. I can see no color in my current life. Thanks again for your peaceful voice and positive attitude. It did wake up something called "light" in my deep mind.

I must admit being a creator myself I felt a bit comparison that you grew so fast and I couldn't get my act together to upload regularly etc. and on top of that feeling, my career isn't moving forward. I love that I can totally relate to your pain. I used to do substance abuse and until God reached me. I was in the shower and I fell to my knees and I surrendered. I was done waking up with headaches and more pain. I was tired of being numb and wanted to have a purpose . God is my purpose and my reason for life.
