Btw, did you check the Timex Q Chronograph, looks like the perfect Speedmaster alternative in budget. Also, the Timex Waterbury Chronograph (not the old one, the newer 41mm one).

I love this watch but 30k for quartz is quite expensive
30k for quarts is decent depending on the watch and it's heritage itself, take the PRX as an example... I would prefer the quartz over the auto anyday cause it's true to it's parent i.e seastar(which was a quartz) but yep i agree that 30k for this Speed master is not worth it feels a cheepey
