Hey, Steve… Nice Video!!! Nice production quality, lighting, cameras, studio, on-screen music notation, Great Editing… really high quality all around. As a fellow drummer & teacher (and someone that will hopefully actually post my 1st video in the next 5 yrs😂 haha) If it’s possible to put your music/cheat-sheet/guide behind the camera, so you don’t have to look off to the side, I think that would be even better. Or, just stop the camera before each section and get it clearly in your head. My personal opinion (not that you asked😮) is that you don’t worry about others thoughts or comments, too much… unless they help you. Definitely don’t let them slow you down. As to why another paradiddle video?? Bc, you might share something different that helps even just one person… and so the drummers that resonate with your teaching style don’t have to go elsewhere for info. They might want to hear your take on it. We’re Not trying to compete with the other greats out there. Of course we want info, but most people are here for the personalities. So, I say keep rocking and shining your light for anyone that’s interested. All the best to you. 🕺👍
@tuknchuk Thanks for the kind words and suggestions. I really appreciate them all! It's a learning experience and I try to make each video a little better than the last. I do hope to resonate with our audience and everyone is unique. So, I'll keep being me and hope that I can connect with others and share the light and the joy of music! Keep rockin' Chuck! 🥁🤘
@@rootsofrhythm Hey Steve! Good Idea with the feet! ;) Oh dear, I see myself at the drums in a few minutes again... With taped fingers! Have a great weekend Steve!
I was waiting for the bandages and oxygen to come out. I looked again and saw it was paradiddles and not paramedics. Another good video but if I practice any more I will need Paramedics
Today's video features exercises to improve your paradiddles. Let us know in the comments what other lessons you'd like to see on our channel 🥁🥁🤘🤘😊😊

I played myself some blisters yesterday. Guess I have to practice tomorrow then ;)
Thanks for the new lessons!
@HaulinWulf! Great to see you back! Yes, consistency is the key! If the hands have blisters, practice your feet LOL 😉🥁🥁🤘🤘

😆😆🤣🤣 Yes, you do have to pace yourself. Too many paradiddles will bring the paramedics. 🥁🥁🥁 ⚕⚕😷😷⚕⚕
As a drum teacher I know the importance of paradiddles but why another video on them. We’ve known this stuff for decades
@lukeskywalker3786 Thanks for the comment! What videos would you like to see?
