Have you ever dumped any trub out of the sampling port? I assume it wouldn’t work out too well but I was just wondering.
I would like to use this set-up for wine kits if I understand you correct that the 20l tops up at 22.5l or 6 gallons?

Thanks John! I haven't made the 60L review yet but intend to soon. I have both types of 60L fermenters that they make and will compare them.
