Recipe-
12oz Warm water
1Tbsp sugar
3tsp active dry yeast
2tsp kosher salt
4.5C AP flour
4Tbsp Butter melted
Egg wash-
2 egg yolks
2Tbsp Water
Beer cheese-
2Tbsp butter melted
3Tbsp AP flour
2/3C whole milk
2/3C Beer
1.5C shredded Cheddar
1C Gruyere
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1Tbsp mustard

I'm a retired food service professional of 40 years working in restaurants, catering, hospitals, schools. I liked having fun when I was cooking. You've got a good channel with good recipes. I raised one of my grandsons who was in the kitchen with me since he was 5, turned out to have a talent for high volume restaurant work, Now, in his mid 20's he's in the aviation field, but has cooking as a backup.
