    Nice technique with the peacock herl. Haven't seen it before. Thanks for sharing I look forward to you tying video's. All the best, Sean (love that 18/0 thread. Haven't tried the 12/0. It took me a couple of months to find the 18/0. I will check to see if they also have the 12/0. All the best, Sean

      I tried this pattern with dubbing that I had similar to yours, Troutline Super Spike Dubbing, gold tinsel and regular gold wire, and ofc technique with peacock herl and Flash dubbing in thorax. Already had 5-6 Graylings on it. :)
      Looking forward for more nymph patterns to try on graylings. :)
      Best, Alex.

      +Sasaamann Very nice to hear. Never heard of that dubbing. Will have to look around. More nymph patterns are soon to come.

    Hi Simon, nice bug! I like the ribs, similar to some classic salmon flies. Cool thorax too, I've done both techniques but never combined them, great idea. Have you done that in another video? I remember commenting to someone about an article by Gary Borger making multiple loops on a fly. You really are a patient tyer and thoroughly explain each step, thanks for that. Hope the vacation is going well, the weather here sucks! Hot, drought, then hot & humid. Finally got a couple of rain days but come as storms and flash floods. Last night we had tornado warnings and funnel clouds sighted not too far from where I live. Take care my friend & thanks.

      +Joe Duca Hi Joe, thanks a lot! The ribbing is mayble a little overkill on this pattern but I really like it gives some more definition. The thorax technique was a first on the channel. I used a similar technique for the cripple caddis with peacock herl and hackle. The vacation went really well had some nice weather, some good fishing days despite high water. Had a lot of rain but not as dramatic as you it seems

      +HacklesAndWings and tornados are fortunatly not common in Sweden. Must not be fun. Hope it went well.
      All the best and thanks for all the comments, I really appreciate it.

    it sounds like you are saying "horse ear" rather than "hare's ear"
    hare = "hej" + "er"
    (like "hej då" and "er majestät")
