the cz bren is a highly underrated sporting rifle. the first gen are heavier but alot of guys prefer them.they've fixed the receiver exploding problem on the cz bren 2 which was pretty rare anyways. it's a little expensive tbh but I'd buy one before a scar or bushmaster acr.
I love my 805 Bren pistol in FDE. Thing is smooth as butter. Its A SCAR that isn't overpriced
I really like my Scorpion Evo 3. Haven't gone Bren yet but 7.62 x 39 version will change my mind about adding one to my children's gun collection.

You’ve got the old school recipe for success back. Make us laugh, show us new and interesting guns/ammo, sometimes teach us things, incorporate a creepy cooter like mannequin into the low to high caliber testing against an interesting item ending in 50 cal destruction. Figure out a way to bring back creepy cooter. Get a galil ace gen 2 at some point

@@domination1985 like when I dropped a deep fryer and it splashed all over me! I was fire resistant for a long time, but getting burnt hurts more now than it did before. I guess my body isn't as resistant anymore.
You don't need to ditch the new camera just to get the background in focus! All you need to do is stop down your lens and close your aperture (raise the f number), or switch to a lens with a smaller aperture.
You'll need to either slow down your shutter speed or raise your ISO to compensate because less light will be coming through, but everything will be in focus
I really liked this rifle, it looks good and is quite powerful and also shoots at 100 yards with ease. Who will tell the Mere will be with you exactly the same as in the epic video! DON'T TELL MERE!
When shooting low power steel case ammo with the bren 2, you can adjust the gas system to the adverse condition/crap ammo setting.
semi interesting story. While I was working in construction, my partner was working on the roof of a house. He was cleaning up after he was done, looked to the side, and saw a 9mm bullet, halfway through one of the shingles completely undamaged. He suspected that someone shot their gun into the air on New year's.
Not very interesting at all my guy. I use to find bullets stuck in roofs all the time. Especially working in the hood. It's almost a guarantee ur going to find a bullet in the ghetto

You can still use the super nice camera, just when shooting change the F-Stop to like f8 or something. Open apertures are good for single focus point shots, not multiple. Garandthumb has got this down really well.

Hey Matt. I have a challenge for you. It's been in my mind for the past couple of days watching back on some of your videos (Which are amazing) on what would stop bullets for protection at home. I think, that if you did the exact opposite and see what wouldn't stop bullets for an episode! Picture a scenario where your in any store and there's bad guys with guns going down the aisles. What could you penetrate through to stop the bad guys. I dunno. I just think something like that would be interesting. The CZ Bren 2 pistol is cool, but I think the Carbine is even cooler. The 7.62x39 Bren 2 has some problems, but the 5.56 one runs amazing, and the BR in .308 they're coming out with looks just as good, if not even better. Their advertisement video for it is a legitimate torture test, and it looks like it performs amazingly. Can't wait to get my hands on one.
CZ makes very accurate durable affordable guns. My experience.

Your guys skills setting up videos with the extra fun shots like the action sequences etc, and say your opening sequences are reaching a level where you guys should make a movie. You guys definitely have the creative ability as well as videography and editing skills. Let's see how Matt can really act. I think it'd be a hit
You and your antics help keep ME from having to try to do some of these things. I just get to watch and say, "Now there's something else I don't have to wonder about. This is great new year's eve demonstration. For all the ones who shoot in the air.
I know the instinct is to take that $800 lens, and stop it up to the maximum F1.4 for buttery smoothe bokeh. But many shots dont work well with that. The nice thing about full frame is that they do well with low light, so you can just stop it down to F8 or F16 get everything in focus, and still mostly keep your ISO noise really low

Fun fact of the day: BREN is an acronym, it stands for BRno (a czech city where the original Bren, the one with the upside down mag, was designed) and ENfield (where the British adaptation was made). And then we felt too lazy to change it so it stayed the same lol

Anything from CZ is always interesting…….even a CZ75 can put on a good show, simply because of how reliable they are and how well they are made….basically the handgun equivalent of an AK47
Not to be biased but from all the guns I've shot there were only couple that i liked over the CZ's. From carbines to hanguns. Maybe that's why they bought Colt ;)
