The side buttons were put there to make Americans feel more comfortable with the operation, but the button under the trigger guard is much easier to use. You can buy a knob for the charging handle if you are not going to move it from left to right often. It costs about $5 and you simply push it on over the peg and it'll lock itself into it with a spring. This will save your knuckle. The grenade launcher cover can be replaced by a picatiny rail. I think that one was $20, and it lets you take full advantage of all the accessories you can use with a picatiny rail. You can find short barrels from Beretta in case you want to SBR it. It's simple to swap out, and better Beretta sells them every now and then even if they tell you they don't know when. The gun accepts Gen2 PMAGs, but not Gen3. You can make the Gen3s work if you remove the two little ledges on the back side of the magazine. The gun is awesome and everyone I know that had one loved it. You can run it pretty much dry and it'll still work. Beretta says if you oil it, you only need one or two drops and you're set.

We had a Greenleaf lock at one of the bases I was stationed at... well all the bases I've been stationed, but back to the story. It was old and the key would get stuck like that and it finally broke off inside the lock. It took two other guys and me to push the biggest bolt cutter I've ever seen together to cut through it. Ended up breaking the lock and bolt cutters. Also, I'm pretty sure that mil lock is more than $200. I'm willing to bet you $200 that it's worth more.

I was saying the same thing! The editing is as close to magic as you can get.
that was some good editing. didn't even see the cut from the intro when the truck flew by. well done!
I'm stoked to see the Henry lever .22 used in the more recent videos. It's easily my favorite gun I own (I don't own many)

Congratulations 🤗

Is no one going to mention the fact that that intro was amazingly done. Well done Matt.
2:47 am here in Aus and I'm just getting up for work, but I guess I'll stay in bed for a few more minute to watch this hahaha
Generic American trying to do an Australian accent:
Gday mate!
I'll leave now.
That intro was the most flawless edits I've seen even the leaves swaying are perfect
"You need to turn counter clockwise"
*Turns clockwise
I was looking for this. 🤦🏽😆👍🏼
Proceeds to tell you he meant clockwise
I always knew matt was part wizard!! Finally the truth revealed.
Yeah but he is Hufflepuff…
“And you turn this piece counterclockwise” *proceeds to unscrew clockwise* Yes Matt, you are definitely a Hufflepuff.
I thought the same thing lol I was like "that's not counterclockwise Matt 🙄" lol
I was literally just checking the comments to see if anyone else noticed.🤣

@@Coldfire840 at least he corrects himself in the video.
He looked at it from a different perspective
It will take a MagPul E mag. E mags are designed for the weird Euro 5.56 guns which have a slimmer mag wells. You can also just sand down the little horns on a standard Pmag.
Takes a gen 2 pmags also. Had to go verify that one because I've never noticed an issue but I don't have any gen 3s. Lancer mags are gtg as well.
I love Matt he’s so dramatic 🙌🏾🤟🏾🔥
Matt: "I assume you can get can get some other calibers like 300 Blackout probably."
ARX Owners: "Oh, my sweet summer child"
Wait so what other calibres CAN you use with this?
@@DGneoseeker1 none. Beretta was originally supposed to come out with a bunch of conversion kits for them but never did
I’m honestly surprised that the mighty 9mm didn’t go straight through the locks. After all, “it blows the lung out of the body”-joe
I heard the Joe said not only will it blow the lung out of the target, the vortex created by firing a 9mm will suck the lungs right outta the shooter. It's some amazing technology.
😂 ikr, that bean bag chair with dreads on The View also said “it could turn someone into dust” 😂
@@titanuranus wow does it really?? That’s terrible. I think I’ll vote for more gun control. lol
Joe is a dummy
@@depasa2139 haha
i like how the gun he showcases first literally solves all the issues the army has had with weapons platforms
Matt’s local gun shop probably watched his video where he showed his whole collection and now gets in every firearm they didn’t see. Cause they know they’ll sell it! 😜😂
Matt has been spending a lot of quality time with Kentucky Ballistics and learning how to make way better openings!!! 😆
I love that he's back to making some more of the classic demo-ranch style videos too...
Matt's have always been better.
Matt's opens were great for years. Then he started to get lazy, and his opening sequences got boring. He's just going back to his roots. And, to be fair Kentuckies opens are clearly inspired by Matt.
Matt has always been the preeminent ‘intro’ (and largely content creator - GT content/intros, Roman content/intros. . . Many more greats. . . but Matt has been legend ‘for Eva’.)
Great comment.
Kentucky ballistics literally copied his entire channel from Matt, his channel or intros wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for Demo ranch.
1/15 Wizard!!!...LOL!!😆 🤣 😂...Thanks Matt!!...Happy Father's Day!!🍻
The real bravery in the intro was walking around the range barefoot...
😂 Shazam, always good for a good laugh.
@Don't Read My Profile Photo Dude, stop you’ll put somebody in an infinite loop and this will cause the universe to be divided by zero.
That was my favorite "I love you and I'll see you next time" of all demo ranch videos
5:00 if i remember right. that "lock" is rly easy to bypass with tools. "after checking. yes, u can beat that "lock" with only strip of sandpaper and pliers"
and im sure u can just hammer in a socket and wrench it open
And a magnet lol
Security by obscurity, and it cost $400? What a rip-off..
As soon as I seen Matt in the chains I said “Mere has finally had enough”
“He’s going in the ocean with cement shoes”
😂

@@marvindebot3264 Mere’s foot was to the floor on the accelerator 🤣
At 19:49 sounds and looks like some shrapnel from the second shot on the second lock fell from the sky into bed of the truck!
"Let's shoot everything with something bigger"
Pretty good quote Matt ;-)
"It has an interchangeable barrels, so maybe you can get it in 300 black out"
Me shedding a tear: you would think
Yeah only other one I found was 22 .lr lol
@@nigeldean3726 That could be fun.
The ARX 100 does take Gen 2 P mags, they are still available and I have several. I put a charging handle extension on mine and it is far more comfortable. A trigger upgrade kit is essential, the standard trigger is horribly stiff.
Man that's really hard to believe because from what I heard recently about how damn powerful that lung blower 9mm is that it can be such a potent load that it'll straight blow your damn lung straight outta your body but yet that 9mm didn't even seem to put a dent in any of those locks and I just can't believe that something so lung blowin powerful didn't even come close to denting any of those locks man science is hella confusing that's all I know haha🤔
Just Imagine what that means about the rest of the guns?!? The 50 cal will probably blow the core out of the Earth.
Just make your iron lung outta that steel on the Wells Fargo lock and your good to go with that high caliber 9mm stuff.
As a major history nerd who especially loves the old west, it really hurt to watch you shoot that old Wells Fargo lock. I reeeeeeally hope that was a replica 😬😬
Same here
I thought it would be either A) a replica or B) one that was very very common
I'm going to go ahead and say that that was most definitely not a replica. I mean, who makes replica locks anyway?
@trollolol all but one of the Wells Fargo museums shut down during the pandemic, meaning it's very plausible that he somehow ended up with one of the locks in their collections.
@trollolol of course, you may have already known that given the fact you sound a bit like someone who works/worked there.
4:34 "Then you turn it counterclockwise"
*Turns it clockwise 😭😭😭 lool 🤣
Matt- spends years shooting several hundred different items...still surprised by how hot the rounds are when he finds them after penetrating the target!
You're the amazing matt!
That Wells Fargo lock is sick. Super cool seeing that.
Matt ARX’s are AWESOME I love that you finally got one I commented many years ago when I got mine about you getting one! I traded mine recently but it also can eject spent shells either side with that small hole in the back use the top of a bullet to press it! I absolutely loved mine and wish I still had it! You can also buy a lower Picatinny rail that replaces that lower plastic piece.
Does Matt just have a writing staff for the intros? It's insane that they're always new and creative.
Dunno, but suspect his sanity at the best of times. Also, kids are getting to an age where tjey can help....lol
He has writers these days.
Trust he does. It’s a business right?
@@chrispudd1815 I mean I know he's expanded the crew, but I wasn't sure if he hired writers or not. I wouldn't put it past him to do it himself.
I would imagine there are a few of them that work on these videos
I live in Austin. Gunna head out to Bunker Branding finally soon. I love this channel and I feel a good way to support it is to load up on some merch. Keep up the good work!
@@DaniTheGunsmith Locations only had some giant bolt cutters that were still too small. Even if we had a touch it wouldn't have seen safe around the type of equipment it was. We did talk about it though.
@@DaniTheGunsmith And yea you're probably right about the price thing, lol.
That big lock is so cool, I would love to have that thing hanging on my wall.
Matt= half man ,half mammal, half gun. Don't ask me how. Great stuff as always. You and Kentucky are brilliant 👍
It’s a shame that the gun channels forget about 12ga slugs… I love watching those demolish things.

I actually laughed out loud at the key ring gag with the big lock. I'm a simple person.
So the first lock was just like a car wheel locking nut contraption as a key. Good idea. The padlock one was like an olden style chastity belt lock for when the husband was on crusade.
@check description Give my prize to the homeless.
Fine assessment. I will now replace all my master locks with humongous antique locks.

I love the way the Beretta looks. However if it can't shoot steel cased then we can't be friends so that's a no go for me.
I have shot steel out of mine just have to set the gas valve to N "non standard"

The special effects in the intro were on point! Well all of them actually 👍
The top lock looks like it could be unlocked by a magnet and a long set of plyers
And a piece of sandpaper right? Jeez, I'm sure you came up with that all on your own!
@@DangerRussDayZ6533 why sandpaper?? I would only use a long pointed plyers, put the plyer in the holes in the bolt and turn, I cant se what you would use the sandpaper for

@@thomaseriksen7608 Because there's a famous video of a guy unlocking that lock with a magnet, pliers, and sandpaper. I assumed you were referring to that without crediting it, to make it sound like your own idea.
There should be a competition between lockpicking lawyer and matt to see who can open the locks faster
We all know it would be LPL. Especially when LPL gets into Matt's Vault and makes off with everything beforehand...
