I like the curb appeal and initial walk-in. Freshly painted, nice floors, and great carpeting throughout the house. Things I'd change: kitchen would be more open and MS would have larger closet space by converting the lounge space as you suggested. I would change one of the closets in the MS into a toilet/bidet room. Clean the garage and fix the garage door/opener. I think it's worth the asking price. As always, great job showing the property!
No basement huh? I like the homes you are showing they are affordable and are located in nice neighborhoods. Of course it could use some updates and I would definitely knock some walls out in the kitchen to extend it for an island. Keep showing these kinds of homes.

The price is right for this one. I would ask for the garage to be repaired. The fixtures and front door is outdated. But it’s move in ready. The layout downstairs is a little weird with the kitchen etc. I’d redo the kitchen and knock the walls down. I’m not currently in the market to buy but would be interested in this house.

It's the Fulton county side it's still college Park ga this the other side is in the Clayton county side
The home is ok . The entrance, the carpet and the size of the closets I don't like.
It is choppy make no sense houses like this that make me prefer older homes.
