@@hollywoodhh5646 I know right? Salei, Demitra, Karpovstev, Korolev Etc. They were supposed to fly to the location where they would play the best game you can name and then tragedy happens. That same summer Rick Rypien and Wade Belak unfortunately took their lives, It was a dark period in the history of the sport.
I know these are just silly fun, but I miss em. If Burkie has any more stories, would love to hear more! Or if any other old time hockey guys are feeling up to it, could be fun to continue to explore the format. Either way, thanks Burkie, Merek, and the Production team!! What a fun thing for hockey
I love how the animations tell a separate side story while burkie tells his main story. Burike’s stories are fun to hear, the stories told by the animation are so much fun to watch. Nice balance

I know a guy by the name Ruslan. He was known as “Russ” in our group. In Anaheim, his teammates and Mr. Burke called Ruslan Salei “Rusty.”
