If you grew up in the 70s and only ever heard Carry On & Dust in the Wind, you missed out on one of the best parts of the 70s.

Kansas was a must see every time they toured. Saw them in the 70's when they were breaking out, phenomenal live shows, awesome sound

Phil Ehart is a huge influence on me as well. I'm glad to have met him a few times. Unfortunately, he's been undergoing some pain for the last few months and has only played the 2nd half of the shows. His drum tech, Eric Holmquist, has been filling in. He's doing a fantastic job. Singer Ronnie Platt (a friend of mine) recently told me how much energy he's brought to the band. He said to me one night, "Tom, he's killing me. It's hard to keep up with his energy."
