Dollywood's brand new resort, Heartsong Lodge, offers upscale amenities and fine dining in a rustic setting. The signature restaurant here is Ember & Elm. Offering both breakfast and dinner, this table service dining establishment offers refined southern delicacies and fresh takes on classic Dollywood cuisine. After being quite impressed by the dinner here, we decided to check out breakfast on our last day at Heartsong. Have you heard of Monkey Bread? I'm thinking the Cinnamon Bread, especially this version, looks kind of like monkey bread because it's not a loaf, but more pull apart.

Yes, it does seem similar to Monkey Bread- but I feel like Monkey Bread is stickier haha this was more crispy :)
