- Ember & Elm is the signature table service restaurant of Dollywood's newest resort, Heartsong Lodge. The theme and atmosphere of Heartsong Lodge extends to its signature restaurants, with Ember & Elm sporting a rustic aesthetic with modern décor. During our stay at Dollywood's newest hotel we had the opportunity to dine here for dinner and breakfast. This video details our experience at dinner. We had the exclusive opportunity to speak to the manager, try out some of their notable dishes and explore the design of this eatery that pays homage to Dolly Parton's beautiful Smoky Mountain Tennessee home.

Just can't wait to get back to Dollywood. We're headed back in May and for Xmas next year. We definitely want to try Ember and Elm after watching this. The biscuits, chicken and shortcake looked amazing. It is ok to go cinnamon bread crazy when in Dollywood, in fact it is encouraged.
Wait until you see breakfast!!! Two trips lined up sounds amazing. We definitely went cinnamon bread crazy- but when in Dollywood 😜 Hope you have the best time.
I would love to see maybe a "2023 Highlights" video of all the foods/drinks you guys have had this year that were 9's and 10's. And maybe a "flop" video of all the 5's and belows 😂

Once I saw the menu, I knew Jay was getting short ribs lol. I probably would have got the fried chicken as well. Everything looked SOO good. Dollywood is on the list!!
