This is really lovely! I love the changes to the hardware and the beige-wash under the transfer. It’s the perfect background and makes the wood look so pretty. That’s awesome that you were able to attend the Kacha/Annie Sloan workshop!🌸

the color is very unusual but I like it a lot. Great job.
I love that now you can do what you want to this piece and take full advantage of its gorgeous details and bring them out. I so agree that it needed different hardware also. Know of all the metallic colors copper is hands-down, my favorite and I love all colors year-round but of course, especially now during the approaching fall season😁. When you were showing the paint color that you had created. My first thought was oh that’s like copper.☺️. I loved it and I love the details of this piece at first I was oh no you’re not gonna leave the drawers just plain like that I mean it’s beautiful but we’re talking about my likes not what you and other people which is what counts not mine, but for me, I was really excited to see how you fully change this piece and the design you created and everything else. This is why you’re one of my all-time favorite furniture artist. I’m not into playing it safe I like a little color I like some design I like accents. I am not a plain white farmhouse kind a girl lol.

This turned out beautifully! Love the colors! Just wondering if you have ever covered drawer interiors with a pretty contact paper? I have seen that done and it appeals to me since it leaves a smooth, easy-clean surface for whatever goes into the drawer. Still it was fun to watch how you made the epoxy flower. I'd be more inclined to place molded shapes on the exterior.

So are you the flower mold resin touch you put in that drawer to cover up that stain? It’s like a hidden little jewel inside the piece of furniture and of course I love that it’s copper.😁

What kind of sanding screens do you use, and where can I get them?
I use the ones made for my sander. I have the SurfPrep sanding system, so i order from them. You can order some generic ones off Amazon to fit the size of your sander. Just search for sanding screen mesh on Amzon, and different sizes will pull up.

She ended up going a different direction for her new home, so this will be listed for sale.
What kind of sander was that? You said some kind of steel wool?
It is a SurfPrep sander and they carry sanding screens. It removes finish faster in my opinion then sandpaper
Not sure if you know but Munger Paint in OKC sells Surf Prep and the pads in case you can’t wait for an order. They are at 50th and Council I think.
