In this video I delete the factory air pump off of my 2004 ap2 Honda S2000. This method of delete is for aftermarket ECUs. For the factory ECU there would be additional steps.
Yeah the car will still run. Just have to make sure you cap off where the hoses ran to. This company makes a simulator that will keep the CEL off. I havent used it personally, but Ive heard it works. www.izzeracing.com/products/honda_s2000_air_pump_simulator.html
