      If you just switched to a protein diet, within a few days sugar cravings would stop. Weight would start dropping off. I lost 10kg in 6 weeks with a protein diet and exercise. If you need to make those changes whilst on the drug for it to work, then it's not really that effective.

    Forgive me if I insert one contrarian point. You can’t just walk away from relationships because you perceive that person, (because it is a person you are involved with not just an abstract “relationship”) is not “serving” you. I wish Dr Tyna would clarify what she means by that. Sooo many people are quick to simply dispose of others by walking away and never challenge their own behavior in light of the health of that relationship.

    The problem with GLP drugs is they can cure a fatties bod temporarily but not the fatty mind/lifestyle, and it is this which got them into trouble in the first place. They should use the time a GLP drug grants them to adopt healthier habits in terms of nutrition and exercise. Long term this really is the only way. They need to start to see food as fuel and not soley as a source of hedonistic pleasure.

    • @msparkz11
      @msparkz11 Місяць тому +3

      The GLP 1 Peptide works by reducing rate of bingeing and shutting food noise. In the period it's being used most people are less hungry, don't desire useless foods and that's why they lose weight. So there is a change in habits eventually. I think people need to understand how these work before cutting it down. Seems some people don't know when to say "no" to food and the peptide helps

There are a lot of support groups that give good information for using GPL1. She has not totally done her homework. Doctors are educating patients on all the above mentioned. A lot of people are doing well. You should have someone on or doctors that manage people that are doing well.

Maybe I just missed it but saying “I’m a demon with a needle” doesn’t exactly inspire confidence for me… She is speaking half truths and doesn’t seem to have the education to back up what she is saying. Saying it takes your body 300 days to lay down collagen and ibuprofen stops this process is an example of her not understanding the biology of what is going on and it sounds like she is repeating sound bites of what other people have said without having any true understanding about what she is talking about. Really hurts naturopath’s that do have the education and understanding to help people

    Pills are not the answer. HIIT ie high intensity intermediate training is the answer. Start slow n build up. Get out of breathe each time, it burns fat massively. It produces growth hormone too. Its so good for us. Do this daily and watch yourself change.

      HIIT cardio(high intensity INTERVAL training) is actually not good for fat loss. It's good for cardio vascular health, but it's calorie burn to fatigue ratio is simply not optimal. Low intensity steady state cardio burns much more calories and it doesn't over fatigue you so it's easier to remain consistent. Which consistency is the most important factor in fat loss. Consistency with your nutrition and exercise.

    • @geo_neo9
      @geo_neo9 Місяць тому

      @odinzraider591 that's not true. Its great for raising your metabolism. Which means burning fat. It worked for me fast. If one wants to rid type 2 diabetes its the best way to do it. People listen to those whom speak lies. My knowledge comes from experience and spirit as a clairvoyant. Every comment reply is different to the truth I have spoken, funny that isn't it. One doesn't have to do super high intensity at the start because we have to get fitter n used to it. As long as we get out of breath 1 min on 1 minute off then that's good. I suggest better research and tap into your intuition.
