Here's what the converted garage looks like in Tampa, FL. It' didn't have a full size kitchen but it did have a microwave, sink and frig. The place was tiny, but just right for a few nights.

I used Airbnb to book it years ago. Probably $65/night. Use Airbnb to get more recent comps
