    Your allowed to send them this message ? I would asssume that once airbnb catches on to you sending them messages asking for their information, you will get kicked off of the platform. This is round aboutly against guidelines imo, please correct me if im wrong.

    Have you looked at the 12k btu by Midea with inverter tech and are u shaped with 15 seer? I use those and love them . They go on sale at Costco each year for 279 .

    That furnished finder stat you pointed out is the number of searches AND requests, not just the number of requests.

      You’ll need to apply your own reduction percentage to correct for redundancies- I took my best guess at it.

      Hello Mike. We shop IKEA, Walmart, HomeGoods, and Amazon. I try to avoid Target because they are sooo expensive

    I have a property close to 3 hospital very good location but I'm stuck with HOA rule. They requires minimum 6 months rental. It's hard to find a 6 months renters..😢

    Getting into rental properties and the travel nurse rental industry is something that very much interests me. I am a 22 year old college student that’s about to graduate and I want to start investing in real estate. Do you have any tips or knowledge that you could share with me about beginning my journey and what to do as a broke college student that doesn’t necessarily have the most capital. Thank you!

      You need to have some reserve to jump in. If you're completely broke, then I'd recommend saving up atleast $3,000 while you continue to research your local market. Also, keep watching my video as I show you some advanced marketing tactics.

      In addition to saving, research how wholesaling properties works. Many have used this to build up reserves to invest. Also look into how to use creative financing strategies, like seller financing.

    We’re flipping our third house- husband a realtor. In the grocery store last night, we heard someone talking about renting to travel nurses. Immediately we looked at each other and went home and started our research. Our 2 bed 1 1/2 bath is 5 min from hospital and 5 min. From college. College rentals do not appeal but nurses or parents do! we’re rethinking the whole situation. Just not sure and a little scared about it having too much vacancy. Im a decorator and husband a contractor so it’ll be a nice place. Just nervous 😬

      I used Airbnb to book it years ago. Probably $65/night. Use Airbnb to get more recent comps

    Fantastic explanation of how to analyze demand by using Furnished Finder data! Thank you! If I want to gauge a broader demand in my target city instead of just nurses, can I use 60 percent of the monthly requests to estimate demand for private units?

      What I've learned since that vid, is that housing request are NOT duplicate. FF makes it easy for the traveler. The traveler make ONE housing request and all landlords get it. So my percentages make my conclusions more conservative. The demand is greater than I predicted
