@@HandsomeGadgets lol the One X isn't really good for anything anymore if you have the Series S and X unless you have people living with you or coming over to play coop with you. That's a lot of Xbox's in one house lol.

In my opinion the PS5s unboxing experience/presentation is equal to the xbox series s. However it's not as good as the Series X's.
I own both the Series X and PS5 Fisc Edition myself and I prefer the Dualsense and all its next gen features over the Series console's controllers.
With that said the quick resume feature is missed on the PS5 but you will enjoy the 3D Audio that the PS5 gives out from it. Well happy gaming and subscribed.

I honestly hate the clicky noise the controller makes on the Series S/X controller. All I hear from my friends and family is complaints about the constant clicking noise. The console won't get dusty if you clean your gaming space. Even my wife overheard this "review" and laughed at how biased you are.
Yes, I have my biases and I'm not shy about it. Everyone has their own biases. All I can state is what I think about the products / services that I use.
@@HandsomeGadgets There certainly are biases but then there is taking it to far for the sake of stupidity. Like "You heard the on off button is finicky and easy to switch on and off" of course it is easy to turn on and off it's a button. Then you proceed to sigh over the presentation of the DualSense in the box. As for the controller being slippery 2:54 why would you do that if you had an intruder coming in? Besides if you were going to use it to strike an intruder the DualSense is sturdier. When I slightly squeeze the bottom of the Xbox controller I can hear and feel it starting to crack. The presentation of the console isn't the same as the X or S? Who cares are you going to stare at the presentation or plug it into your television and play games? 4:22 Need a drink of water? You that out of shape? DAMN!

You realize stony has more excuses for the PS five than Microsoft has for the Xbox series X. I have both consoles I know. The DualSense alone is better than anything the Xbox has
If that ps5 battery outlast these as rechargeable batteries with one charging that would be awesome, if not, it's shit.

yo I can't believe you've gone for sony as well, I am on the fence at the momment. I want to get a series S for the gamepass, features and ultra fast architechture. But at the same time I want a PS5 so I can, carry over my same profile on the PS4. 😲👋
Yeah, I surprised myself as well. But so far, I'm not too impressed with the PS5. But maybe that'll change in time 🤷♂️. Stay tuned for more content about the differences between Xbox and PS5.

Dualsense feels horrible In my hands , made mine cramp within 30 mins It's stressful to grip , way too thick with short stiff triggers
and the analog placement side by side has never felt right I prefer offset sticks , can't wait till Sony has a new controller.
It's just a really bad controller imo , the haptic gimmick dosen't make up for It's other flaws.

I have both xbox series x and ps5 and yes xbox packaging is way better, but that pretty much is the only thing to be honest. Xbox has the advantage of gamepass if you don't mind paying a monthly fee to rent games... I prefer to buy mine outright and own it, but to each their own. As for each console goes xbox on paper should be better in every way but as digital foundry shows the playstation is out performing the xbox on the majority of games tested. On top of that the ps5 controller is a game changer.
If game pass didn't exist, I couldn't stream 5 games 5 days a week. There is no way that I would be able to shell out $60 - $70 a game. I've played over 100 games off of game pass. As far as the PS5 controller, it's a unique way to play games. Hopefully developers will continue to utilize it and it won't fall by the wayside like the joy cons HD rumble. Time will tell.
Why does everybody talk about AA batteries like its a bad thing 😂 I just swap out charger packs or rechargable batteries 💯
Exactly..same here..but they missing the point of the fact XBox gives you options..once the rechargeable battery dies on a PS controller you just have to get a new controller..me I just but another rechargeable battery(meanwhile I'm replacing the one that won't hold a charge after 5 yrs of hardcore use) that's worth it to me
@@coreysmalls4259 true story :) still have batteries from 4 years ago holding a charge. Though I have 8 battery packs and 24 recharable batteries. I have house parties where we game a lot and drink. Gamepass makes that super convenient.

I have a Series S and a PS5 Disk edition, I do prefer the PS5, and the controller over the Xbox controller, so much so that even when I play PC games I use the PS5 controller, even though for a lot of them you have to use third party software, to use the DualSense 5, Do not get me wrong, I love Halo and Forza, it is just I like the PS5 games better, and if a game that I want that is MultiPlatform is not on GamePass I will usually buy it for the PS, I do Subscribe to GamePass, PlayStation Plus, and Playstation Now. So there a a lot of game I can play that I do not have to buy, because a lot of the ones I want to play end up on one of those 3 Subscriptions.

@@HandsomeGadgets thank you I agree, I think competition between then helps the consumer in the end, also if you want to play my favorite PS game of last year it is Returnal, most critics preferred deathloop, don't get me wrong deathloop was great, but returnal is amazing. Hey since you are a Xbox guy, do you know if there is anyway to leave developer mode and not have the default be to delete programs I've installed in dev mode, in afraid I'll erase RetroArch on my series s because I'll forget to uncheck that one day.

Last generation I made the mistake of buying a PS4 first; big mistake. I will pick up a PS5 someday, but I luckily picked up a Series X on launch in 2020.

@@ridiculous_gaming last generation, the PS4 was by far better than the basic Xbox One, what are you talking about? This generation is 50/50 cuz both companies have amazing technology. Sony has the SSD/fast load times and better controller while Microsoft has the better subscription service and has the quick resume, which is badass. But last generation, PS4 clearly won; better games and better base console. However the mid generation upgrades were different story, the Xbox One X was slightly superior to the PS4 pro in performance. I guess it's a nuanced comparison, for last-gen.

I play xbox games on my xbox. Would Perfer to play playstation games on a playstation but due to sony uping their game prices along with charging for upgrades among other things I'll be skipping playstation for the first gen ever and playing their stuff on pc as it comes.
Yeah, I can see how expensive it'll be with a PS5 compared to an Xbox.

I agree with you for these, Microsoft being focused purely on tech is very hard to compete with on sonys part. They seemed to have turned to the ambitious side by putting in extra features to make up for the lack of performance and quality. Features that arent exactly that necessary and are mainly just a gimmick. It does seem to be working for sony as they are getting very high sales and the players from ps4 (which compared to xbox one was fairly even) have carried over.
Lol Sony has the superior controller, SSD, and VR headset. I'm pretty sure Sony is all set on the tech side. It's not all about teraflops.
@@maxsun13 Sony has a crap ssd. Nothing special about it and if you wanna expand it you have to take apart the console.. nothing but lazy design. The vr is overpriced and underperforming. I can buy a better one for half the price. The controller is built around useless features like the adaptive triggers, microphone and gyro, the controller itself is cheap and poorly designed. Hands cramp after 30 minutes and people are already going from controller to controller because of stick drift
@@leafy126.5 THERE ARE MILLIONS OF XBOX FANS THAT CAN TELL YOU ABOUT DRIFT, that is hardly a Sony issue, and Phil Spencer himself said the PS5 and the PlayStation 5 controller was really awesome, he specifically said that the PlayStation 5 controller was better than the Xbox controller and that they needed to make a similar product because the features were great on the dual sense, so you need to chill out with that negative nonsense dude. Xbox series x is pretty cool too, quick resume is pretty cool, it is pretty cool that they posted the frames per second for many games to 60 or 120, but the SSD/load-time and controller categories are a win for Sony. And who really thinks it is hard to open up a PS5 to add an internal SSD? Lol people are so lazy these days, sheesh. I'm gonna get a Series S for Elder Scrolls 6, Starfield, and Fable. I think all consoles that people are passionate about have their advantages. It's silly to deny the positives of one console cuz you feel strongly about liking another.
