@@RevivalOfGaming out of subject, i have another problem with any device i am tryping to connect to my PC via USB (Phone or Tablet). Is only charging, not showing the device and i can't use data transfer. Do you have a solution for that to? Thanks!
@@Cristi768 The issue could be with drivers randomly being disabled, a simple solution is going to Control Panel > Device Manager > Human Interface Devices, and re-enable the device with a right-click on the affected marker.
I had a similar problem where my PS4 Controller would charge with the PC but not connect to it and by doing the solution above, it fixed the issue, hopefully it works for you to.

As for the speed, there's nothing that can really be done unfortunately, even my own Hudl's have slowed down.

Hey it actually works! It didn't at first and I gave up,but I am really stubborn and wouldn't let it go.I am now into the tablet and am trying to get the apps to work.I think my problem at first was that when I was factory resetting the device it was still staying connected to my wifi when i turned it back on,so this time I made sure to select forget wifi connection,then when I followed the steps it was exactly. even the same date.

They closed the servers a few years ago but had to re open them because of the activation issues when factory resetting Hudl 2 devices, the ota update server was not re opened though so you are stuck with whatever is installed.
Now the issue is back but seems to be out of date certificates causing the hudl to refuse the authentication handshake.
changing time ad date allows the device to trust the server again, that doesn't mean that the server will stay up permanently though.

This worked for my hudl but hudl is too slow
Any help to get me off this wifi screen would be very well recieved
Once you put in your WiFi password, it should auto move on, try restarting Hudl and press forget password then re-input it. If still not working, then I'm not sure how to solve your issue. Sorry & Thanks.
For some reason I get all the way but have to open my keyboard manually and settings doesn't show :(
Done all that everything worked but when I got back on I cannot get off the wifi screen absolutely no way to get off it
The only thing I can recommend is to restart the Hudl and if it still doesn't work retry this method

Not sure why this happens on some Hudl's.
Mine once trying to load setting button comes up with chrome and unable to type settings. Any help.
I already fixed it. Below instruction:
1. You must be connected to internet (do no forget your connection)
2. Then follow the movie until 1:55
3. When Chrome appears, type 'google play' in browse bar
4. Open it by 'google play' (just once)
5. in google play browse bar type 'google'
6. install google app, the browser will run automaticly
7. in browse bar type 'settings'
8. scroll to the bottom, tablet icon will appear at the bottom - just click on it
9. here we go - the setting menu - follow the movie in next steps, good luck!

After changing the time and date then rebooting . my modem automatically updates the huddle back to today's date? Help!.
Clearly the servers are still there it's just the certificate they didn't re-new and is out of date.

I have a hudl, but it doesn't do anything while on the loading screen when it says "Hudl", it just stays on that loading screen. If I do a factory reset on my hudl, will the files save so I can recovery them later?
Unfortunately the files won't save if you do a factory reset
Can you help please ??? this doesn't seem to work for me...... Doesn't matter how for I take the date back it still won't connect to the wifi, just keeps saying to check the in the internet !
This method still works. Maybe try re-doing this from the beginning. Hopefully it should work

I end up in the Chrome browser which will not search for "settings" locally, and instead tries to do a web search... So I can't get to the settings to change the date/time.

Actully I'm reset my hudle tab but now I didn't understand how to open.last three day I'm suffering and serch video for how to restore reset factory data but I can't find it please help
