Many thanks, Fortunately, they hold their shapes well :) If they don't need the strength to hold their shapes over time, we don't over-design them but if they do have some problems, we always revise the defects.

You have an acrylic template. I dont understand why you waste leather in cutting it oversize, then using the template to cut to correct size. You're not dealing with huge amounts of leather
Thank you for your interest. All the Pre-cuts(that is not the wasting actually) was for the final precision of the pattern matching. Even with the acrylic pattern, that only allow us to see the patterns of the leathers more clearly. That clear view is not guaranteeing the perfect matching with the other parts. Pretty complicated procedures are needed for that perfect results of our artworks, and all the process has thier own reasons😉
So sorry for the discomfort. We have no problems with the Contact Us page on our web because It is just an email but, with the DMs, we have some issues with blocking unknown requests occasionally. So, these days, we take the requests through the Contact Us page.🙏🏻
