- INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup finely diced bell pepper
1/2 cup diced green onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon creole seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 cups long grain rice, cooked and drained
1 tablespoon paprika
DIRECTIONS
In fry pan, stir in ground beef and bell pepper.
Cook over medium high heat until beef loses its pink color and bell pepper is soft.
Remove excess grease.
Turn temperature down to medium or medium low.
Add remaining ingredients; stir and cook together until ground beef is completely cooked and liquid is gone. - Навчання та стиль

@@southerngirlcooks you didn't wash the ground like someone I've seen before so imma let it slide since you cool with feedback😂. But try to never ever have to rinse rice after you cook it already. There are multiple ways to prep rice to fry if you don't have day old rice, but giving you the secrets makes it less likely to experiment on your own 😌. Maybe we will get your way of cooking rice perfect each time one day 💯✌🏿.

NO. NO. NO. If you want less startch, you need to wash it before cooking AND pick the right kind of rice and cook it properly. Honestly you need to be using basmati rice for this. Also get a rice cooker. You dont need a fancy Asian one just get one that’ll take the guess work out of it. DO NOT WASH YOUR COOKED RICE YALL.
