5:55 Wow 🤩 I also have the “Molcajete “ when my dad passed away I got few stuff from his kitchen to keep with me and the molcajete was one of the items I wanted to have and remember every time I was able to cook 😊😊
That was a great video of you guys going back to your hometown and cooking the way some of our parents use to cook in the country side where all the real smoky flavors meet together in a delicious recipe 😊
my grama is 92 yrs young, and she is crying. BUT, they are good tears. I thank you sooooooooo much for her memories. I wish I could take her to visit unfortunately due to her health it is not possible. This vids are wonderful
Wow Rossana, what a beautiful video, the river nature and the food, your dad chilling in the background 👏🏽your aunt helping you and Nelson absolutely smashing the video shots. 👌🏽 thank you for sharing such a warm and family oriented video. The thumbnail was on point.
Wow! That's awesome! I ❤️ the people of Michoacan! Last time I visited the people were so welcoming and hospitable. I look forward to going back. By the way, those chorizo tacos look absolutely yummy 😋
Super cool to see you and Nelson enjoying your time and some amazingly delicious food with friends and family in such a beautiful place! I've never been to Mexico, but now I really need to go and will cook up some of the food you highlight. Hope you both enjoy your time there and make it back safely!
Awesome! Thanks for sharing your beautiful culture and home town! I married my wife in 2013 and been in Alaska ever since, so I know it’s a blessing to go back home and visit! Don’t ever forget your roots 🙏🏻
wow this brings memories, I never experienced personally, but the stories are abundant. I have family although all gone from Queretaro, Sonora, Chihuahua. I have never met them. They are from the Mexican side of one of my relatives. ........thank you
WOW!!! This was very rural.. Your dad looked very chill lol Nice to see you meshed well, with your extended family, Nelson.. Especially in a different Country. Great video, you guys!!!
I can’t wait to try this recipe I have them chiles in the pantry never thought about marinating chicken in them. I am excited and grateful that I ran into this channel and got the recipe from y’all.
Great video and amazing, simple, down to earth, traditional people and lifestyle. Simply beautiful country.. thanks for sharing...btw, you have a very soothing, kind voice...❤
Beautiful video. I'm really enjoying this series of videos. Sharing more of your culture and a bit about your roots. Love it. You two are a treasure. God bless all here.
Thank you so much for posting this. What a beautiful place your family has. Made this chicken and marinade today and it was absolutely delicious 😋. Had to bake it in the oven though, as we are having a nasty ice storm up here in Michigan.
Enjoy your swim. Hold onto something so you don't get swept downriver. Gringo here isn't so sure about the feet but the rest are. Gotta have beans with tortillas. Maybe some rice to as we like to use beans and rice as a dip for our tortilla chips.
Loving the Destination videos. Don't get me wrong you have a nice kitchen but the outdoor cooking reminds me of when we would go camping. Video idea- Cooking at Camp.
I love that you received that heirloom that belonged to your mother. I'm sure it will make many appearances in your future videos. That chicken looked delicious and such a simple yet flavorful marinade. I'll have to make some this weekend.
What a wonderful video! Is Mexico where you always film from? Your husband is a LUCKY MAN!!! As so am I. I have a wonderful wife of my own lol, thank you for sharing.
There's something about cooking in the woods by a river that makes the food taste better. 😋 Glad to see no part of the chicken is wasted. I use the feet in soup, though, since they're fatty. That is quite the fire your dad built, btw!🔥🔥🔥 And he's right about river rock & fire. 💥😅 Wish I could've tasted that authentic meal. 👍❤️
thanks for sharing. More of our children need to grow up with this type experience.
They are unforgettable experiences
