It should be the kneading and proofing time. Pot matters too. Use this kind of pots
Then make sure your oil is not too hottt! Once it’s too hot it’ll not be properly done inside
Assalamualaikum, well done my sister in Islam, thanks

Keep them covered and microwave when needed
I love your recipe ❤. Did you boil the water a little?.
No
Assalamualaikum ma'am, can we use normal butter(like golden penny) instead of margarine
Golden penny is also a margarine
Can milk be used in place of water... If yes..how many ml
Replace the water with the milk and use the same quantity
My question is how do you Put in the pan when u want to fry it, cos when I did mine it get rough when I want to put it in pan
Use a cake lifter if you can’t lift it or use a baking paper under it before it proofs
Tenks sis
In case you don't have a mixer or you are making a large quantity you can use mortar ..
@@vivianadaobi5450 I don’t understand
How long will you knead manually ?
30-40 minutes
Ma while mixing cold water or hot water
Am confuse?🙏
Normal water
Pls can u help with pricing, just like exactly what u packed and filled with jam.
To estimate, you’ll need to calculate all the ingredients you used, add overhead cost, labor cost and your profit.
Can I use baking powder in place of yeast
No
@@moscakery i tried it today but my dough didn’t raise 🥺😪but I fried it that way
I got the frying correct
As Salaam Alaykum warahmatullah .
What if I want to make something like 2 paints of flour
Get a scale and measure it then follow the instructions and procedure
I've done that actually
My concern is more for the egg.
Cause that's like 12 eggs
Wouldn't that be too much?
Just asking
What type of flour is used? Can you tell me how much protein is in the flour?
It’s an all purpose flour.
