      pls i try to fry my donuts i found out is getting burnt but it was on a very low heat and the donuts is still alive inside, not done. and again i use 2 cups of water and each cup is 250ml into 2. then i use 1kg of flour and 2 tbsp of yeast, 2 egg, 100g of fat, 300g of sugar ,a pinch of salt, i added powdered milk like 10 tbsp , but after all this with the method by allow it rest for 1hr after mixing ur dough .when i was frying it it seems the dough drag too much water , i fry n fry not getting done pls what could be the problem? does it mean the water was excess

      @@agbaniestherhello Esther, you obviously didn’t follow the recipe stated in the description. Your Water content was too much. Check description for detailed recipe and follow the video for the procedure. Let me know how it goes.

    Thank you for this beautiful video. I fried mine everything came out well except for the white lines and I actually fry with plenty oil(2litres).Does the type of pot matters? cos I used a deep pot but not your shape.

      It should be the kneading and proofing time. Pot matters too. Use this kind of pots

      Then make sure your oil is not too hottt! Once it’s too hot it’ll not be properly done inside

      Replace the water with the milk and use the same quantity

      Use a cake lifter if you can’t lift it or use a baking paper under it before it proofs

      To estimate, you’ll need to calculate all the ingredients you used, add overhead cost, labor cost and your profit.
