Hi, you were a blessing today for me. A very anxious mum to see eczema in my 12 year old daughter. Would be able to share some resources in the meantime I have been following many of the diet pattern in our individual lives except for my daughter. Thanks a ton
Hello mam This is the first time I am watching your video. Thank you it’s so interesting and informative. I have an interest in nutrition and I am getting good advice from you ❤My question is how do we figure out how much of our garam masala, turmeric and ect to use in our cooking because you mentioned too much is counter productive to our health. Hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you 😊
Mam... your videos are great.. please can you make it in hindi.. so we can share it with our parents? Also they can share it with their friends.. it will help you reach more audience :)
Heartfelt Gratitude for imparting your valuable wisdom so clear and crisp, kindly clear one confusion between the two, according to ayurveda high pitta prakruti persons should avoid eating cooked tomatoes and other theory say eating cooked is better to get lycopene so, is it ok to eat powder flaxseeds coz many say best benefit you'll get when soak them, if psbl kindly pls make video on seeds explaining best methods too eat them and get maximum benefit.❓🤔🙏👌💖
Hello Nirupama. I would like to ask you something, please. After sprouting the legumes, should we cooked them in water? Sorry my ignorance about the process. Thanks a lot.
Hi... i have two things to ask.. 1. Can you please tell me more methods to use nutmeg powder and how to use 2. In Satvic food ..they follow not cooking tomatoes..like they add the chopped tomatoes or grinded one....only finally to the gravy or other dishes.. can you please clear my doubt

Papaya and pomegranate I consume in small amount it is good or what are the other fruits I can add with my meal ma’am . I love u r content as south India I totally agree with you . I thought even phd also saying same things as our culture . ❤❤
Madam i am having hormonal acne from 1997 ...,i had ulcerative clotis as well ...once during flare it triggered rashes on body ..,now no flare .., my hormonal acne not reducing ...plz let me know the reason for not reducing at 40yrs age..as well...
My question is potatoes get growth especially during rainy season. Should we discard these potatoes, as I recvd one video, saying it's harmful to consume potatoes which start growing. Another question, we buy raw haldi in winters from the market , this also starts growing after a month. We consume that with the haldi sprout itself, or sometimes we dry the haldi with the sprout to make powder, to use it for the rest of the year. Is that OK to use.
Many Ayurveda experts say it’s not good to eat uncooked sprouts as they are difficult to digest and cause vata imbalance in the body. I suppose cooking sprouts is the next step which is not covered in this video. Please advise based on your opinion, thank you!
I noticed you answered this point in another comment and suggested eating raw or lightly steamed. But for dals, we usually pressure cook them with water and it’s like a soup consistency.

After sprouting we make the dal in the normal way? Cook with haldi then do tadka? Or even pressure cook? Just to be sure, ma ám...
Yes you can pressure cook it like any other dal or even consume raw sprouts with lemon juice if it suits your gut
