So you're adding commentary too? Shit is just unfair now...
At some point this channel is going to grow exponentially I swear. Your videos are great.
This is the one of the first steps.
Little did you know
Great video for athletes, hell even highschool kids that want to be more powerful on their first step. #AnyMeansBasketball
LeBeautiful I think the fan base is mainly high school players
It's essentially all mid to low level high school players. College players and high level high school players already should know this.
myjciskate4 they dont
LeBeautiful exactly what me and my friend are using it for right this second😂
Dear, Heavenly Father today I come to you in Jesus Name I pray that the person on the other side of this screen receives blessings and awnsered prayers and receive miracles Heavenly Father we Love you Praise you and Thank you Heavenly Father for even putting us on this Earth that you made and we are thankful that we still are on This Earth during all this stuff going on Heavenly Father. We except Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and King and Believe with all our hearts and minds that Jesus Christ Died For Our Sins Heavenly Father In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen❤️🙏🏽
Extremely convinient as i was legit researching exercises all day for this.
This content is absolutely amazing, well done. It builds on clear, concise, basic fundamental mechanics. There's no more rapid path to mastery than logical progression.
Man i have been waiting for the day you come out with audio-visual commentary and I knew it was gonna be so efficient. Please do this more, your channel would definitely grow exponentially. Quality stuff as always my friend.
Thanks for this. I tried it out today and it really helped focus on some of the core mechanics. Much appreciated.
Best video I’ve seen in a while for basketball. Actual movements that are useful and works. Great job! Adding this to my workouts and will give feedback. I’m a pro hooper.

You should re upload this or something similar. It was super helpful. I'm saving it to rewatch over and over
I have a great first step, that's one of my talents my coach told me (he was really talking about my speed), but this is definitely a great tutorial. I think this might actually help me make better use of my first step.
Amazing Content , I used a lot of these type of drills early in my development learned from playing Football. Definitely creates results !

Great video...useful tips to get better
This man’s voice so calming
Bro you have the best basketball content on YT. Though may I suggest videos on the mental/psychological part and breakdowns of specific plays?
Good vid. Learned this stuff pretty recently just by studying players footwork on UA-cam. I wish I knew all this back in high school smh
Excellent video
Lord bless you 🤘🏻🤘🏻. Imma do this constantly
Maybe tips on when to use to negative steps / scissor stepping just like ur hesitation tutorial ?
Is this the first video you've commentated over? Love your stuff man! How long have you been going to school for it? Human kinetics I'm guessing?
Damn.... I never needed most of these workout because as a kid Playing Tag, BOMBS AWAY, Super Suicide, football etc. Worked all the muscles in your body. It was when I got older I needed these drills to maintain it. I played against dudes who had crazy first steps without all the work outs who seemed like they had it naturally. Today's kids are sheltered YMCA ballers who believe skills can be obtained thru mimicry and not practice and working out this why if you look closely.. Dudes don't have first steps.. They just have defenders who are scared to get crossed. Great video and analysis
SDS Overfiend I agree 110% where you say people dont stick any D, because their scared to get crossed. #Truth
Armando Serrano Exactly.. Rule of the thumb. If your defender Is flatfooted.. You go. Dudes Is practically letting guys go by
Kodak Cuttin Up 😂😂 I remember the first time I got crossed.. Then the first and last time I got dropped lol. Never lost confidence in my defense.. Shit made me work harder to understand the nuances
Can you make a video about contact you can put on offensive players that is legal? I appreciate your guy’s work.
And contact on defensive players
so you wanna learn the push offs and hooks eh??
good idea
John Johnnyson yeah but there are many other subtle ways to place contact to gain an advantage. A lot of us don’t even see it. Do I wonder if by and means can find some ways.
Samrath Randhawa just foul
Great video, next could you do one on core strengthening exercises without equipment for athletes

Just insane how much more sophisticated and useful your content is compared to what other bball channels offer.
Chive-O it's also really simple and detailed. Really concise and clear dialogue/writing etc
If they could subtitle their videos, it would be great, and they would go further. Saludos desde Chile
Yo were i cand send my questions.
Either way my question is that if you can be too flexible, i can tiuch my toes with my forearm, and for exmple when trying to accelerate you usually see people with their heels up but dorsiflexed but my heel goes first just because how much my tendon can flex, and the same happens with the jumpshot, i always plant heel first even in a situation like you put with jimmy butler, because my tendons and muscles are too elastic. I feel a little like fluffy and im not very athletic. Is this habit (planting first ball of foot and nkt heel) that you have you develop or something that you have or dont have
Can U Please Make A Video On What It Takes To Become A Elite Shooter. Mechanics Ect ?

Mimick negative step to half court (decelerating and 45 degree angle on shins)
Wall drives 2x8 ea
Double wall drives 2x8 ea
Lateral shuffle to negative step to sprint to Decel 3ea inside and outside foot
Leaning forward on one foot push off and focus on the second step acel 4 ea
Track position to Acel 4ea
Skip to negative step to acel 3 ea
Same as above add scissors and air dribbles
Preciate it
Can you do something on footwork while dribling
