      What do you mean how did they do that? And what was so impressive that made you wonder that? He just cut into an omelet that wasn't fully cooked over a bed of rice. What's so confusing about that to make you wonder how it's done? Just rewatch the video if you're still that confused. Despite being very simple, I suggest you slow the video down as much as it would let you so you can hopefully see him cook it since you seemed to have missed the entire video.

So if you wish to continue this argument you must refer to me as Doctor Perez. Egg is meant to be cooked. You need it to clearly be solid food in order to be safe to consume. You say you have a "turbulent mind" yet you choose to use profanity in our conversation. That only shows how little goes on in your mind. МОжешь объяснить, пожалуйста, что он обжарил в самом начале?

    • @ИгорьБеляев-т3э

      @@ХамишаХапот Я думаю что в самом начале видео было мясо, лук, морковь, потом рис отваренный. Их он обжарил. Чан огромный это что-то типа казана чугунного. Именно в нем он обжаривал. А заливал он смесь из яиц, муки. Ну из чего обычно то омлет делают? Возможно я не прав. Просто я так думаю. А готовит он конечно же так, что засмотреться можно. Это реально искусство. Извините, решил дополнить. Это же уличная еда? Не так ли? Получается что да, в огромном чане как вы заметили я думаю что действительно "до хрена яиц". Ну ведь готовит то он не на одного человека,а на многих гостей заведения где он работает. Спасибо. Всего вам самого наилучшего.

    • @HuerniaBarbata
      @HuerniaBarbata Рік тому

      @Хамиша Хапот - Фактически он готовил подобие плова. Сначала обжарил рублённую свинину с салом, потом рублённые морковку с луком. Потом добавил отварной рис для жарки. Зачем он их выложил в формочку лодочкой - стало понятно только после омлета. Рис был как основание, выпуклая база определённой формы. Омлет специально был всмятку, и специально был в виде пирожка. Японцы - большие символисты, как и китайцы. Когда он разрезал омлет - тот развалился на базе в виде... женских органов. Томатный соус дополнил картину. Короче это эротическое блюдо.
      .
      В кастрюле (чан обычно выпуклой формы, а там был просто цилиндр) были просто взбитые яйца, без муки, у них омлет делают чисто из яиц. И - да, там до фига яиц, чтобы во время работы просто использовать ингредиенты, а не рубить их для каждой тарелки - всё рубится и смешивается заранее, утром.
