Hi there, this video was very interesting.
However, I'm stuck with this question.
I'm planning to remove the mufflers of my Honda Shadow 1100 from '89, because it would look better as I'm using the bike as a bobber project. But I'm affraid that it will be way too loud, and loose back pressure (as u mentioned).
Is it possible to remove my mufflers, but install (perhaps custom made) baffles on the exhaustpipes itselves?

what about you have aftermarket pipes with non removal baffles can you add another baffle

i have had vance and hines exhaust for few years with non removable baffles,i want to quiet the bike down can i add a second baffle ?

Guys, this video was very informative. Now i acvtually know what they are and how they work. I was told mine are falling out??? would that just mean that maby the screw came out? i mean, do these things wear out? My bike only has 12,000 miles is a 97 dyna trike,custom. sat for many years.. runs great but just have this baffel situation. Tahnks@@! your cohost is cute :)
