These lights are super fun! My sons love how they just lit up their room! The installation was super easy, and they stuck to the wall no problem. The lights are vibrant and easy to use. Such a cool product!

Where do I cut to shorten my strip? There are no clear cut lines and I lost my instructions.

I really love this light. I have great difficulty rolling in and out of bed to turn on and off my lights, so having this bulb allows me to dip this from remote on demand or on a schedule. Now that I know its capabilities, I look forward to getting more of these
my 5 meter strip is always changing color when in music sync mode, even tho it is totally quiet and no music is played, then I have a second one that is shorter and it actually works only when music is played...why is that?

Hey maybe anyone know what could be the problem, when i try to connect my LEDS to the Gosund app, when i type in the wifi password and do everything, its supposed to keep blinking while it connects but it stops blinking im bad at explaining but maybe someone understands
Bright and vibrant colours. Works really well. Setup was really easy. Highly recommended
So this is my 2nd set if of these lights. They work fine til you put it on music, once you do that and go back to solid youll notice a slight flicker. Thought it was me so after the first set, i bought the 2nd, did it again and same result. Extremely annoying because of how slight it is
How do you stop music sync with lights?
This light is really cool but i have a problem, I have connected the light strip to the app and it worked really good however after 5 minutes the light strip started blinking and disconnected from the network, I tried to do again the configuration but it happened the same. How can i fix this problem? Thanks

I just had to show how I use this for everything! It’s amazing not only for it’s seamless integration with Alexa, but for it’s ease of use! Simply tell Alexa to turn off whichever switch you are done using and it’s automatic.
this led strip works with smart life app? it needs a gateway or only with the app. Thank you.

Hi JD, You can press the power button of the USB controller for about 5 seconds until ensuring strip light is fast blinking.
Hey, I have a Firestick which has Alexa would it be compatible with these lights or do I have to have one of those Alexa speakers?
Terrible lights.. pain to pair them and once you finally manage to pair them, the color selection is impossibly slow, managed to finally pick a color for a couple of weeks and when I dared to change the saturation on them, they became unresponsive beyond belief, now I have lights randomly turning on or of at whatever time of day they please and blink with no rhyme or reason, reset is impossible and needles to say I will have to end up throwing them away
