I’m having issues also connecting to my wifi on my phone. I followed your instructions. For some reason not connecting to wifi. I gave up after so many tries. I love the lights in my room from the reflection of the tv, I’ll try calling the support line! Love your video! Thanks

Hey mig7200! Sorry for the SUPER late reply! I wanted to thank you for commenting, and as far as i know there is no other app to connect the gosund lamp with wiifi
My lights work all the way until the connecting part, i wait the full 2 mins and it says it failed and to retry or switch pairing mode. Any suggestions?
Hey James! If you're talking about connecting from APP to the LIGHTS, I would suggest to UPDATE the APP or PHONE if things aren't connecting properly. Hope this helps.

Hey Bob, GOSUND company gave me the lights but they didn't pay me, Nor did they tell me what to say. I vlogged everything on my own knowledge. I'm sorry to hear that the lights did not work for you. I researched and find a phone number directly from their website. Here is the Phone number for customer service. 1-844-394-5218. Hope this helps.
