So when you turn off the light and turn it back on make sure the bulb when turned on gradually lights up if it doesn’t then it’s not resetting if it just turns on then you need to leave it on for 10s and then off for 10s then try again I believe this guy doctored the vid because his doesn’t do that he’s an asshole for that 😂

These things are junk. I called NASA to get their top engineers to help me getting them installed. They said it's way too difficult. They said getting a colony on Mars will be much easier. I wasted about 6 hours to connect the device after the last time, when Gosund application suddenly lost connection to all three bulbs in my room. Even this method doesn't work. It failed on the last stage, when my phone connected to bulb's wi-fi, but didn't add it to the application. Highly disappointed!

Never could get it to work. But the app did scan my system and tell me that it found my Samsung tv. Except I don't own a Samsung tv or any other tv. Big thumbs down and one star on Amazon. Just going to use this as a regular bulb I guess.

I have 2 of these and tried to connect to 3 different apps. THEY WILL NOT CONNECT! My wifi is fine as my Roku is using 2.4 on my 5g. I’m super frustrated and these will not connect!

Technically the plugs are not upside down, but your logo is. On the other hand I wish there was a device that could turn on my TV. These only work on devices that you can leave on like a lamp but if you turn the switch of the lamp off it no longer works. I'd like to be able to use the lamp as designed with switch if I am close to it but also control it when I'm gone.
