Trying this for my next wash and go! I saw Bethany's video but seeing you do it again made me HAVE to try it. I have 3b/c curls and the humidity is creating some crazy frizz here on the east coast.
You have to try it! It's so humid here in Toronto, and this method has really helped my curls hold everything together!
OMG saw that other video just a few min ago. Seeing the two different hair types makes the shaking part more convincing.

Thank you for sharing this method. My type is the same and finally my hair looks good. I used the shake method but different products and my hair turned out beautiful. I got tons of compliments at work and out shopping. This is the first time liking my wash n go. Also it stayed beautiful for the entire week.

I love your curls! Your hair type looks to be exactly like mine. Have been looking for a while. I'd say the only thing different is that the edges of the front/crown of my hair is really dry. My boyfriend actually actually showed me how I could moisturize my hair a bit more. Because he too like myself is mixed. Hispanic-Black. I just have 1/4th of white in there since dad is Irish and Black. but his hair makes mine all sort of wonky. I'll try the products you've specified and the brush method. Perhaps I'll make a video just like this and give you both credit. thanks!!! 😍😍😍😍😎😉

We don't have the same hair texture but I definitely liked the way you parted your hair in those particular sections to apply your products. I'm going to try that next time. Great video by the way. New subbie here🙌
Thanks! I found that parting my hair makes such a huge difference for my wash and gos. Before I use to just apply the product to the top of my hair, and it really weighed down my curls!

We have the same hair type!!!! But my hair is at that awkward length. Out of the TWA phase and now at the Michael Jackson big curly Afro stage. I'm waiting for it to start growing downwards. Lol! Your hair is FABULOUS. I can't wait until mine gets to your length!

Your hair is finer than mine ( I have medium hair that’s closer to fine) but you’re my hair twin! The thing is that I’m scared to brush my hair because it frizzes it up and makes me lose my curls. ( yes it’s wet) I do have damaged hair in the front that I usually scrunch because I’m slowly cutting off the ends.
Try adding some more moisturizing products to your hair! It shouldn't frizz when wet, as the product help its hold its shape and keeps it hydrated! This technique also works best if you don't have much damage to your hair. I went blonder not to long after this video, and have a ton of damage from it now, so I mix scrunching/brushing technique to get the best results!
