Today’s video is another highly requested one! A lot of you guys have been asking me to do a tutorial on curly hairstyles, and to be honest, I don’t really do much to my curls! Since I often wear my hair straight, I do like to just let my curls down whenever they are out to play. But, the odd time here and there, I will dress them up a bit. So here are my three go-to summer hairstyles for curly hair!

That is my favourite curly hairstyle!
Very cute. With the last hairstyle, you could do the braid till you get to the other side, then make a fluffy ponytail on the end. I think that would be very cute on you

You definitely can! You'll just have to play around with it a bit, and use a few bobby pins, to make sure it sits how you want it to!

My daughter has curly hair & I would love advice...of great products to use please please help I don't want to cause any more damage to her hair..
I would love to help! I recommend using Shea Moisture or Mixed Chicks products! Both brands have amazing kids lines that are really helpful! Also, try to stay away from heat as much as possible! I know little girls love having their hair straight (depending on their age), for my niece my sister only straightens her hair for special occasions like picture day at school or family dinners. Curly hair can also be pretty dry and frizzy - so use products that are super moisturizing, and only brush her hair gently when wet or damp. Brushing dry curls can cause the hair to break and become super frizzy!

when i try to dutch braid, it always ends up really frizzy and messy, do you have any advice?
If you haven't, try spraying your hair with water prior to playing with it! Often braids and different hairstyles can disrupt your curl pattern, causing the hair to frizz. But when your hair is damp, it's easier to work with, and helps prevent any frizzing!
Braiding your own hair is way hard, at least for me lol. I really wanted to try out the halo braid out on myself because I had it done on me before with the help of someone else, however, I had a tough time with it this time. Hopefully with practice I'll be able to do a much better job. Fingers crossed.
I still struggle with the halo braid! This tutorial caught me on a good day, but practice makes perfect! ❤️

I love the crown braid but I struggle with the angles and turning my hands around to finish the braid! Any tips on this???
Honestly, it just takes practice. It took me forever to get it down, and I still struggle from time to time! I suggest starting with the side you struggle with the most, and then when switching your hands, try really hard to keep the strands in order so they don't get mixxed up! For me its easier to braid with my right hand below my left hand, so I start from the back of the left side of my head (where my right hand is above my left hand) and really take my time working my way around! I really hope that made sense!
