In over a year I've had Beadmaker streak once. I washed my car on Friday, used Beadmaker as a drying aid (already had a base coat of Beadmaker over Powerlock+) with no issues like normal. I got my car dirty on Saturday, so washed it again on Sunday again using Beadmaker as a drying aid. I had a few streaks on the hood on Sunday. A quick ONR wipe down cleared the streaking right up. No streaking the next weekend using Beadmaker as a drying aid.
So after the first initial heavy dose on a ceramic coat, use bead maker as a drying aid let's say one or two sprays at the most per panel depending on the size of the panel and after drying finish with dream Maker?
In the last two years there are a lot of people who are finally realizing they are one of the people that are overusing the products. I speak from way to much experience 😂. I love the Si02 world. At least I have also learned that washing your car more than once a week can alleviate the problem a little bit as long as I start using just two sprays per panel. Thanks for another great video.
Hi Anthony. 2 questions for you: 1-What directions do you recommend I follow if I want to apply this over Optimum Gloss Coat? 2-You said in other videos that Bead Maker can be used as a drying aid. Doesn't that contradict what you said in this video? In other words using this to dry the car with every wash would put too much of it right?
I have found with Beadmaker I ALWAYS use as a drying aid on every wash generally Weekly to every other week. After getting streaking And blotches of this product. I realized I had to much on. Today I washed my cars with no drying aid just towels and they seem to look much better. I may look to use this product Every other Wash. I think every wash use to eat too much. Just my experience
I bought one bottle of The BeadMaker and used it all but never really liked the experience, except for the gloss but other product also gives good gloss.
Bead maker does not last 3 months! How do you get it to last that long?!?!? If the car is garaged then I could see that lasting. But in Michigan it does not. Lasts about a month at most... it’s not a durable product, but I love the slickness and gloss
I have only Bead Maker on my wife's car. I applied a heavy coat 9 months ago, and have been using a spray or two per panel (occasionally a bit more) as a drying aide since then. Looks/feels the same and has the same hydrophobics as it did when it was freshly applied. Car has been washed exclusively with ONR and it is garaged, however it does sit outside for about 9 hours a day.
100% agree. And you dont need a heavy first coat. Not that heavy. I just use it as a drying aid and it lasts a couple of washes and if i use it each wash than its great. Heavy doesnt last longer than a month at best
Not found this at all , I use it everyday on my training cars and one has only been washed twice in four years , this car has probably had gallons on it and I live in Orlando where humidity is 100% never once have I had streaking . In fact I don’t have streaking on any of my 7 cars .
As a stand alone product? No. Not in my experience. If your using it as a "Topper" yes because you're applying after each wash. As a stand alone? I would say 2-4 weeks " Real World" using your car. If it's a garaged car but driven everyday 4 weeks... If the car sits out 24/7? I give it 2 weeks.
I’ve definitely been experiencing the heavy streaking. My first time using it it streaked the hell out of my hood but I think that was also because my hood was still pretty warm from driving earlier in the day. The other issue I seem to be noticing is a constant oily residue. Even when I wiped her down with isopropyl And water mix I still see that oily residue. Anyone else experienced this or know how the heck to get rid of it?

What’s a good drying aid other than bead maker? Will be mostly using on cars with little to no protection
So after 3 months, will i need to reapply a heavy application?
Hello, What if I already have a ceramic on, do I still apply a lot of it or can I just mist and use as a drying aid?
Can different soaps remove Beadmaker such the Turtle Wax Max

they should upgrade the durability, or come out with a more durable version.
good point, garaged or outside cars have different needs.

I get 3 to 4 weeks, I do not have a garage.
HOLY SHIT ALLDAYANTHONY 😅😅😅
How do you clean your detailing brushes
Like the product, but why such a dust magnet? No matter if a heavy coat 1st application or as a one or two spray per panel drying aid.
Thank you!
Yeah I'm running into this issue with it, it seems to be really bad with dust.
@@josephfogus6735 use their detail spray after the beadmaker application, it has anti static properties
Streaking becomes worse with darker colors. It is really not noticeable with light colts.

I prefer live in the deny😌
Seriously? People spend only $35 a gallon and STILL expect it to last months while parked outside??

Hey men im having the same isssue…. Im here reading the comments to see how to aliviate that
@@hipolitocampos1421 I just had to stop using it. No matter what I did, no matter how little I used, it streaked the crap out of my car from day one.
Yeah man, trying to get streaks off black paint is difficult. You have to wash the vehicle again. I love Beadmaker too much!
How can you store the clay towel ?
Within the plastic sleeve it comes in!
@@TheRagCompanyFAQ does the car has to be coated in order to use bead maker?
Haha. I put that s#$@ on everything
Haha it’s great!
Bead maker doesn't last 3 months. More like 3 or 4 weeks
Exactly , lucky to get 3 weeks
nice to meet you Sandy
