if you replace the front sprocket to a 15 tooth (speed 400 or even duke 390) the rpm at 115 km/h will be less by about 600. (122 kmph at 7k rpm). the gearing is not good on scram 400 for top speed, its perfect for city rides, offroad and hill-stations. it can be easily changed for high speed cruising by replacing the sprocket in the front. source : triumph rat forum and a video by ridge roamer. Great review!, you covered most points. You just missed off-road/Soft-road. Scrambler will be way better in that regard. Longer suspension travel and more ground clearance. Also all the accessories triumph gives you stock. To be able to turn of rear ABS is also a +. I think scrambler is way better in soft roads.
Does scrambler have balancing issue ? I came across one video where he said speed 400 automatically go to right side as he try to rest his right hand and try to hold bike with one hand.

Kya bike servicing per 1 year k alawa mujhe koi isse aa sakta hai kya jiske wajah se service center visit krna pde
200 km thoda dur tou hai as per me. I can’t comment about issue wo tou kisi bike mei bhi aa sakta hai . Triumph apna network expand kar raha hai so check with them if any service centre is planned closer to u in coming future

Many flaws in this review. Guerrilla has a hard clutch which is awful in traffic Guerrilla has a sudden surge in 2nd gear which is painful and difficult to control in bumper to bumper traffic Guerrilla has a poor front brake Guerrilla has very poor pillion seat space and comfort Triumph Scrambler is much smoother, softer clutch, good brakes and better suspension

True Scrambler comes with some practical accessories as stock. And Scarmbler is better in suspension and ground clearance that I have mentioned.

I can expect some heating in both bikes in stop and go traffic in hot weather. Turning radius is also similar in both bikes.

Choose any, according to height if you are above 5.8 or 5.10 choose 400x if less than then choose 450 re
