The Pointlessness of All Spiritual Advice & Teachings

Life is already Whole, Complete and Immaculate. And there are no actual separate entities.
So "who" could be the 'spiritual teacher,' and "who" could be a 'student?'
If there's nothing to attain and 'no one' to attain it, wouldn't that make all spiritual guidance & counseling pointless, and all 'teachers' redundant?
