It is just as valuable as the days that you awaken early, do Yoga and work on the land, or swim in the ocean and feel aligned with your highest self. I so appreciated the path of Krishna Das, Ram Dass and his contemporaries. Bless you all.
So a few minutes ago as i was watching this masterpiece video.. my mother just arrived after a week with Kainchi Dham Prasad.. i am stressed these days thinking and praying to maharajji since 3/4 days.. i am not even eating muchch of food and receiving this prasad gave me so much sense of belongingness and strength.. maybe it is his way of telling me i am with you.
@niyaziozturk3967 i believe in this case he's referring to the name of god, or Ram, which i believe translates into pleasant/supreme. So, he is referring to using the name of Ram as a mantra. Ram Ram Ram Ram. Ram Dass (richard alpert) also discusses using this practice.
