My intestines went into torsion when I was 18. I was rushed to the hospital where they performed emergency surgery on me. Part of my intestines had gone necrotic. It was extremely painful. I almost died and after that started having intense lucid dreams where different entities would come to me: some evil, some good. Recently at 54 years old I went through a bought of bad gastritis. It was excruciatingly painful. The pain is psychotic because you're not sure if it's some kind of anxiety attack. As I was writhing in pain one night, a voice came to me that said this "state" is extremely important. It is just as valuable as the days that you awaken early, do Yoga and work on the land, or swim in the ocean and feel aligned with your highest self. I so appreciated the path of Krishna Das, Ram Dass and his contemporaries. Bless you all.

Do you mean that you have found wisdom from suffering? Christ is always pictured with a wound near his heart and my Guru says that it symbolises personal suffering turning into impersonal love. I believe this is what you’re getting at my friend.
@@mikeaaron2819 Yes that is what I am getting at. Many times when I have suffered, It seems like such a waste. I have gone into black holes completely alone and could not understand that state of being, where God and Christ is not with me, but have come to realize that that is when God is most present and when I am most present with God.
What is it that you can't "stomach" often illness has a metaphorical component.
So a few minutes ago as i was watching this masterpiece video.. my mother just arrived after a week with Kainchi Dham Prasad.. i am stressed these days thinking and praying to maharajji since 3/4 days.. i am not even eating muchch of food and receiving this prasad gave me so much sense of belongingness and strength.. maybe it is his way of telling me i am with you.

Would you or someone else please tell me about this more? What did he mean? What does it really mean?
@niyaziozturk3967 i believe in this case he's referring to the name of god, or Ram, which i believe translates into pleasant/supreme. So, he is referring to using the name of Ram as a mantra. Ram Ram Ram Ram. Ram Dass (richard alpert) also discusses using this practice.

Repetition of the name of God, in this case Ram or His devotee, Hanuman, is called "Japa". Repetition cleans the mind by the process of "Double displacement". Repetition replaces the worldly thoughts with the holy name, Ram. Jai Ram, Jai Hanuman !🙏🙏😊
