    It is important to take a break for overall our health and self care. Everyone need some time specially when we're depressed. Thank you.

      It is important to take a break, but it’s not always easy to recognise we need one. Society makes us think we should be able to just deal with it and carry on as we had been doing. I’m wanting to normalise recognising we need a break and actually taking that break. It’s been a difficult few years for the world, with us still trying to live post pandemic. I’m slowly learning what my needs are and also to vocalise them. Thank you for your support, take care and have a good weekend
