I was having a tough morning, did not feel like getting on the bike, did not feel like doing anything but I decided to try your lower body 15 minute routine, and it picked up my mood so much that I followed it with the 15 minute stretch. The wonderful thing about your program is there is such a variety, if something doesn’t suit you one day, try something else, and you can do anything for 15 minutes! I feel so much better knowing that I did two routines today that will help me, instead of just blowing everything off and then feeling worse. Thank you so much Kaleigh, you are such an inspiration.

Forgot to set my alarm today and it's leg day! I was scrambling this am to squeeze in a workout - clicked on the channel and low and behold - a 15 min FULL LEG WORKOUT :) Even have time to squeeze in an after party!! Things are going to be alright today :)
Random question. I’m trying to find a dumbbell rack appropriate for my small apartment. Wondering where you got yours pictures in the video/ or at least what brand is it. It looks like that model would probably fit in the area I keep my weights.
